Forgive me if I'm wrong, but aren't 3rd tri-mester abortions ONLY legal if they're "medically necessary"? Under Roe and Roe's progeny any abortion at any stage is legal unless specifically outlawed by statute, and that statute having been upheld in court. It appears Kansas had a relevant statute but Tiller was able to work around it.

The truth is that the only purpose of these abortions is to rid the woman of her child. There was another purpose. $$$! He got $5,000 to $10,000 cash per abortion and paid off the politicians (and generously donated to his apostate ELCA church) with that blood money.
