Kings Dominion mystery

DOSWELL, Va. - Was it a UFO or something else that hovered in the sky over Kings Dominion Amusement Park this weekend? That's the question many are asking after watching a video posted on You Tube.
The video shows a large dark hollow circle formation in the middle of the sky, near one of the park's rides.
WAVY.com contacted Kings Dominion, which is located 20 miles North of Richmond. A spokesperson said it is a smoke ring from the park's Volcano ride.

it has very well defined edges and stays stable longer than I would expect a smoke ring to do, but maybe there were some unusual air currents keeping it together. But the fact that this video is so short leads me to believe there was some creative editing. Probably it dissipates a few seconds later.

Ping worthy? Cloud movement (on the YouTube video) but a smoke ring stays intact? Something worth discussion :)

I have been on the Volcano ride at KD several times. It is quite possible to have a smoke ring out of the top of the ride. A nice gas fire pops as you shoot out of the top of the “Volcano”.

Oh yeah, HAS to be a UFO. Logical explanations don'tmatter. This MUST be a UFO, not a smoke ring from a cannon, too. What fool would think there's a realistic answer to the situation, when everything is a potential UFO (even though there's absolutely ZERO evidence of ANY UFO's), and all naysayers are silly.

Interesting picture! Taking it at face value, I think that qualifies as “Unidentified” and appears to be flying, falling or hovering...yep, that’s a UFO until proven otherwise.
