Dear Governor Lingle,...I am hereby requesting, in the legal sense, “demanding” to know the factual eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to serve as President of the United States under the provisions of Article II Section 1 of the Constitution of the United States of America. You have the ability to settle that matter once and for all by directing that the vault copy of Obama’s birth certificate be made available for forensic examination and public viewing.
It would seem common courtesy, much less satisfaction of Constitutional requirement for one to show proof of eligibility for the office of President. The requirement does not have to be translated into law, it is in the Constitution. But, Obama has denied access to his records including his birth records and you are enabling potentially the most egregious violation of the Constitution in U.S. History.

If Obama was not born in Hawaii, and she KNOWS, then she is complicit in the defrauding of millions of people of MILLIONS of campaign dollars. ( as well as many other crimes of fraud.)
I read that zero’s lawyers told a judge that there was something embarrassing on the the birth certificate. i took this to mean that there was one and that something probably about the father would be other than what we’ve been told.
I’ve always wondered about BO’s mother dying the night or so before the election. I know that she was very ill, but... she would know. It could be coincidence; OTOH...
I beg Gov. Lingle’s pardon, I have a tangible interest in the birth certificate of Obama - my own birth certificate as citizen of these United States of America.
Governor Lingle betrayed her party and she betrayed her country by sealing the “birth certificate.” She was either bought off or is in the tank for Obama.
That's putting it mildly. He is an embarrassment and contemptible. He need to show the true BC or be impeached. Not just for that but for all his underhanded firings and threats made to citizens.

I don’t understand. What law would give the governor power to make a private document public? Don’t you need a warrant to get information from documents that are protected by privacy laws? And even then, if the resulting evidence isn’t used openly in court, a warrant doesn’t allow the information to be publicized, does it?
Boycott Hawaii and it’s products.
Maybe “SHOW US THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE” stickers need to be on Hawaiian macadamia nut products and Kona coffee in the grocery stores.

If this had been a conservative candidate, the damaging information would have been leaked, and whoever broke the law to do so would be labeled a hero. Just look at Jack Ryan’s divorce records - although I believe a judge unsealed them.
Allow me to support Col Pappas in this request (”demand”) to have Obama’s original birth certificate produced to prove that he is or isn’t eligible to serve as President. We the voters have the right to know.

You may not be aware of the fact that the state of Hawaii no longer keeps physical records of birth on file.
Everything is now digitized and stored on a secured database for access by only those who are authorized to do so.
If you will kindly show us some patience to complete our transition over to the digital database, we will be happy to provide a digital copy of the President’s records upon his approval.
Now please go do your job and stop that mad man in southeast Asia from nuking us... or nobody gets nothin.

It was the grandmother; not the mother. I mother I believe died back in 1995.
Are they setting Hawaii up to be the gateway for terrorists.
