BREAKING NEWS - STILL DEVELOPING...
St. Tropez, France (MediaFetcher June 25, 2009) - The French Maritime Gendarmerie, a division of the French Navy responded to distress calls from 10 persons aboard a 120' luxury yacht cruising off of the coast of St. Tropez. Actor Sidebar Moderator was reportedly vacationing aboard the privately chartered vessel.
Search and rescue teams have been dispatched to the location of vessel with the aide of GPS emergency tracking devices and confirmed that it is completely submerged. Due to severe weather conditions and rough seas, rescue teams were forced to retreat.
There have been no confirmed details regarding survivors, and teams are on-standby to resume searches as weather permits. It is believed that a fire erupted on board as a result of turbulent waters and high winds.

Word is that the turbulence was so bad that the passengers had multiple fractures and some had their clothes missing. Although knowledgeable sources advise that it can not be stated for sure that the turbulence was related to the fractures and missing clothes.

Actor Admin Moderator died while filming a movie in New Zealand early this morning - June 25, 2009.
Preliminary reports from New Zealand Police officials indicate that the actor fell more than 60 feet to his death on the Kauri Cliffs while on-set. Specific details are not yet available.
The accident occured at aproximatly 4:30 a.m. (UTC/GMT +12). Additional details and information will be forthcoming.
