I just watched that old fashioned video-—the last few minutes of it are good advise. Some homosexuals are predatory and ALL young boys should be wary of public restrooms (isn’t that just sad and oh so creepy).

I read the warrant with horror and revulsion. I wonder how this man kept his heinous acts from his partner (assuming that is true). If it’s true that he had to do it behind the back of the other guy and that guy is innocent than I assume he will fight for custody.

Yes, they really do. All over the place and often. These children are adopted as infants, often at great expense, and they never know anything different. That is how the gays are propagating their kind. This is why the raised such a stink for the right to adopt. It is just one more shameful way our society has allowed their “culture” to go mainstream.

Oh another tidbit, go pick up a gay travel guide, and tell me what percentage of them tell you where you can find underage boys in the destination of your choice, vs non gay travel guides mentioning where to find children. Amazingly (if you buy into the PC crap, not amazing at all if you actually have a brain in your head) nearly 100% of gay travel guides have this sort of information, while 0% of non gay travel guides have such information.
You are assuming the he and his partner weren't doing these things with the boy as well together. I can't say if this guys partner knew or didn't know, pleanty of children get abused by one parent without the other knowing. And others get abused by both parents. However, I know if I were the courts or the cops I'd be investigating this partner as well and I sure would not be granting custody to this other adoptive "father" without a full investigation.
Cruel for him if he wasn't involved, but if your number one priority is the safety of the child, you cannot put the child back into that until you are certain its ok. Which of course is subjective, since I don't personally believe having a child being raised by two gay men is ever going to be a great thing for any child.
Teen same sex clubs in public schools are not "consenting adults".
Indoctrinating 2nd graders in the concept of same sex relationships is not "between consenting adults".
Children who are adopted (especially but not excusively at infancy) do not get to consent to being brought up in an alternative sexual lifestyle home.
Public sex displays on city streets is not private.
Teaching children about it in schools is not private.
Mandating that employers provide same sex benefits for unmarried persons (even in absence of civil union) is not "private" (the employer wouldn't know or be involved).
Are the men “married” under law?
Can the boyfriend be compelled to testify against his partner? Married couples cannot be made to spill the beans (which is why we still see the Clintons married and in political office).
I agree completely. Even in heterosexual cases the wife would not immediately or automatically get custody. She would have to be investigated and it would have to be determined that she did not contribute to the abuse or ignore it. Even then the question arises—how good a parent is that person when they didn’t realize what was happening and protect their child?
This partner, assuming he wants the two children, has a long road ahead of him to prove that he is a fit parent.
I have a friend thast has spent time in jail and in prison (for cultivation of weed) and he says that people get killed in jail/prison a lot more frequently than what most of us would realize. He said that each inmate has to carry around his “sheet” which is the court paperwork showing what he was busted for and what the circumstances were. A strong sheet will get the inmate immediate respect, while a sheet for crimes against children will put a huge bullseye on the offender’s back. Even in protective custody they’re sometimes not safe.
I wouldn’t be surprised to read later about this guy getting a sniv in the kidney... or worse.
