WASHINGTON In the latest effort to obtain information that could settled the controversy over Barack Obama's eligibility for office as a "natural born citizen," WND Editor and Chief Executive Officer Joseph Farah attempted to buy a full-page ad in a Honolulu daily newspaper soliciting assistance in finding documentary evidence of his birth in the city Aug. 4, 1961, as he claims in his autobiography.
Despite offering the full rate of $7,168.50 plus taxes for a full-page, color ad on page 2 of the news section of the Honolulu Star-Bulletin next Monday, the copy was rejected the latest turndown by a growing list of media companies that won't touch the birth certificate issue even for money.
"I spoke to my publisher and unfortunately we cannot accept the ad because it is political," explained Cyd Kamakea, classified advertising manager.

Hawaii is a pathetic JOKE of a state. We should have kept it as a territory. I agree. If we need a 50th state, it should be Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Awhile ago there was a movement in Canada for all of the W/ Province to secede and become part of the US.

I find it hard to believe that the Star Bulletin has never published a political ad before. Well, not for a republican, anyway...

Linda Lingle is certainly no fan of odumbo, that is for sure. He made some scathing remarks about how nobody in Hawaii even knew who he was and that he was only there for a few years school.

Of course they were going to turn it down.
They’re part of BO’s Hawaiian Hitmen when it comes to writing cover stories for him.

Funny, I've yet to meet anyone who is a fan of zer0 (maybe I'm Lucky) and I can't see how his popularity can be so high.
Hopefully soon he'll piss off the wrong, or right person and all hell will break loose

There is no MSM it is state run media. They are in the bag for the left. They like socialism and communism. They talk about state run media in other countries, well they should look in the mirror.

Every time I see these stories I wonder why the trip to a country that Americans were not allowed to visit...on a foreign passport...after the age of majority...did not disqualify him, regardless of birth location.
Allegiance and total regard for this country should trump anything else.

they have to be certified by the hospital, I am sure the person that released it is in deep doo-doo now with the Kenyan government, and it won’t be happening again.

like a paper in Obama's backyard is really going to help out this cause. Republicans need to focus on 2010 and not this issue. Even if somehow Obama left office, we have biden, then PELOSI??? (correct me if i am wrong). I am more worried about 2010 at this point than this lost cause issue.

Yea for the U.P.. But we may want to be alone or with Wisconsin if they can get their gun laws straightened out.
