A New York congressman says Michael Jackson was a "pervert" and calls on society to stop "glorifying" the late entertainer in a YouTube video.
Rep. Peter King said Jackson -- whom he called a "low-life" -- is being glorified in the days after his death while society ignores the efforts, of teachers, police officers, firefighters and veterans. In the two-minute video, King claims the "day in and day out" coverage of Jackson's death is "too politically correct."
"Let's knock out the psychobabble," King said in the video taped outside an American Legion Hall on New York's Long Island. "He was a pervert, a child molester; he was a pedophile. And to be giving this much coverage to him, day in and day out, what does it say about us as a country? I just think we're too politically correct."
King, a Republican who is among the possible contenders for the seat held by Democratic Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, said Jackson "may have been a good singer" and "did some dancing," but blasted the singer as someone who could not be trusted around children.
In 2005, Jackson was acquitted of molesting a boy who spent time at his Neverland ranch and appeared with him in the 2003 British documentary, "Living With Michael Jackson." The entertainer had been accused of plying the boy with alcohol and groping him.

Based on two of your earlier posts here, it sounded like you thought tobyhill was defending MJ. I was just trying to clarify that he was doing precisely the opposite.

More important events are happening - like the destruction of America. I find his “last video” to be STUPID. It looks like a mob of kindergartners acting out to some idiotic song. Truly, we need to move on from this nonsense and stop glorifying it and him.
They worship what is evil.
Why people still PAY to support their movies and concerts is beyond me. They really aren't talented. Make up a script of people undressing and using fowl language and you've nailed them for what they truly are. Oh, I hate conservatives and America is ALWAYS present in their plots.

In the situations you speak of, it was clear that liquor and pornography and little kids sleeping in the bed of a forty some year old man - are SURE SIGNS OF PEDOPHILA. Even LIBERAL Nancy Grace, qualifies her concern about him with her following his trial, as a lawyer and coming to the RATIONAL conclusion that he was a pedophile. She is a FLAMING LIBERAL for crying out loud and a lawyer to boot.
It's not about FEELING. It's about the evidence. The evidence is what makes him guilty - not feelings. His upbringing and money should not excuse him for being what he was - a wealthy child molester. His disregard for laws and decency lead to his demise - illegal drugs to keep himself going. What is sad is those CLOSE to him, enabled him. Birds of a feather flock together. His flock helped him along and sucked him dry.

Although I’m loathe to assign such motives to folks here that consider themselves good conservatives, the lack of any response to my post makes me wonder how correct you might be. Anyone who chooses to take the time to defend the freakshow that was Michael Jackson has to be questioned. Acceptance of this troubled and warped freak has to be challenged. It was just yesterday that my pastor spoke about how we must be loudly against the sickness in our society, lest we be guilty of tacit approval.

There is a level of triangulation, strategery to consider. If someone bashes MJ one day, Mariam Berry the next, then William Jefferson [democrat of Louisiana] the following day, and then the rev’rund Jesse Jackson the day after that, the first ‘black president’ the following day [Clinton], and then finally gets around to bravely challenging Obama’s citizenship status, people might think there’s a pattern. The pattern is likely that every one of those guys is/was a stinking sleazeball, but other people will think such a critic is almost as bad as Robert KKK Byrd.

Debbie Rowe is a bigger freak than the Jacksons. She was paid 8.5 million dollars for her two children. What kind of mother sells her children? I doubt that she really wants them any way. I think she is just hoping for another Jackson payout to drop her custody case. I doubt most people would sign away their parental rights for 100 million dollars, but this woman was a bargain at 8.5 million.
