Hospital won't back Obama birth claim

The hospital in Hawaii where Barack Obama claims he was born refuses to produce any documentation without permission of the president himself.

The Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu has posted on its website a letter on White House stationary dated Jan. 24 in which Obama wrote, "As a beneficiary of the excellence of Kapi'olani Medical Center – the place of my birth – I am pleased to add my voice to your chorus of supporters."

Kristy Watanabe, the public relations specialist for the hospital refused to confirm or deny the veracity of Obama's letter claiming he was born at the hospital.

"Our comment to everyone who has been calling is that federal law does not permit us to provide any more details concerning information [about Obama's birth] without authorization from Mr. Obama," Watanabe told WND.

You bring an outstanding point here John. Also note the amount in legal fees Obama is spending in keeping his original birth certificate hidden.

The Hospital does not need his approval to say he wasn’t born there. If there is no record, there is no privacy to protect.

It says Obama claims to have been born at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu and his half sisters states it was Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children.

As I understand the federal privacy medical laws, Stanley Ann Dunham/Obama's detailed hospital medical records can still remain private.

1. On the other hand, her Hawaii hospital is legally required to tell us very basic information about a patient if someone asks for it, like a reporter or an attorney.

2. For instance, I believe the hospital can legally tell us if a certain person---such as a Stanley Ann Dunham is or was ever a patient at the hospital on a certain date.

3. We don't need to spend a lot of time and energy to see Stanley Ann Dunham's detailed Hawaii medical records of Aug.4,1961, if they even exist.

4. Instead, we should be spending a lot of our energy and resources in seeking undeniable verification/confirmation---like a written confirmation letter/statement from Kapiolani hospital--that Stanley Ann Dunham/Obama was or was not a patient at the hospital on Aug. 4, 1961, the day Obama claims is his birth date.

5. NOTE: This bothers me: Obviously, Stanley Ann Dunham/Obama visited a doctor several times before she delivered her baby, but nobody seems to be able to find out who the doctor was. Makes me wonder if Obama was even born in Hawaii.

I just got my daughter’s birth certificate from California and there you had to be the person, or their mother, father, sibling, child, spouse for starters

Easy, just walk into the hospital and ask for his birth certificate. Tell them you're his only white half-brother/sister.

If they ask for proof, just whip out your fake birth certificate modeled after his.
