I can't read lips that well. If you can, maybe you can tell us all what Obama is saying. It looks to me that Medvedev is just gesturing "After you...", and it would make perfect sense for Obama to be first since he would be the one doing the introducing, and Medvedev would follow.

Unless Obama has mastered the art of introducing people without apparently moving his lips, then my guess is that he was being severely snubbed.

Here’s my take. I think that the very first extension of his hand was intended for a handshake, which as it appears, went unreturned; hence the look of nausea on the messiah’s face. The rest that follows seems more like an introduction of sorts.
Does anybody recognize the people on the left? Are they Russians or Americans? That would solve the conundrum.

While we’re on the subject of “the camera never lies — or does it?,” I had joined in here with a few jokes regarding Obama’s “booty check” photo. But after seeing the actual video of the event from which that photo was snapped, it sure didn’t look to me like he was ogling that girl’s rear end.
Honestly, as much as I’d be amused if something were to undeniably show that Obama were a shameless pervert booty-watcher who was thoroughly snubbed by a row of Russian politicos, I think we have PLENTY of ammunition against Obama without this stuff. Worthy of impeachment, in fact. (And, birth certificate, anyone?) Can’t stand Obozo but I still have to call them as I see them rather than as I’d want them to be.

You may be right on that one. He does look a bit put-off after the first one — although, I’ve seen him give that look before, in other situations, and so I’m not sure quite what to make of it. Sort of like Michelle Obama’s perma-scowl...
