The ATF - as expected - has issued a letter in which it disregards the 10th Amendment restrictions on federal power (as seems to be the trend since the late 1930) and has notified Tennessee’s federal firearms dealers that the Tennessee Firearms Freedom Act is meaningless. Essentially, ATF is saying to the state of Tennessee that the 10th Amendment no longer exists.

We expected such from a tyranny that no longer lives within the bounds of its express authority…

Title 18. Sect 242. Deprivation of Civil Rights under Color of Law. It's a Felony that can be punished by up to and including the Death Penalty.

It even fits the "crime" the BATFE is insisting on perpetrating.

The state attorney general needs to advise each sheriff, the state police, and the ATF that the AFT must go through the county sheriff or be subject to arrest.

Some of Tennessee's larger cities and towns has some Limp Wristed Authoritarian Police Chiefs who think only they and their officers need guns. Those tyrants will be more than happy to assist ATF in every way on this matter sad to say.

Oh and then if he’s still in office there is the Barney Fife US District Attorney in the Knoxville or East Tennessee area who hates guns also if he’s still in office. He has wasted taxpayer money busting grandpa’s for selling a gun or two on the side. Ironically he was one of W’s appointee’s I think.

Yeah, but explosives after the fact. Many think ATF are experts on explosives...they are only good at sniffing out things AFTER bombs have blown up..they suck on explosives beforehand.
