Obama identifies colossal medicare fraud and waste

In last night's health care speech, President Obama identifies colossal medicare fraud and waste that he says will pay two thirds of his new program that he also claims will cover all Americans. This is a staggering revelation.

Why would Americans wish to expand a program that is fraught with colossal waste and fraud?

Don't start a new program. Investigate and prosecute the fraud and waste in the existing program! Quit campaigning and do your duty Mr. President!

If the price tag on the new program is north of 1.5 trillion dollars and two-thirds of it is paid for by the fraud and waste in medicare, why not just root out the fraud and waste in medicare and wipe out the deficit.

The idiot in the Oval Office even stumbled with that story. Pediatricians found decades ago that children fraught with continuous allergy problems which manifest a certain way involving the tonsils, have amazing recovery from allergies when the tonsils are removed. It has something to do with the immunoglobulin response triggered by allergens irritating the tonsil. I'm not a physician, so perhaps a Freeper physician or two could chime in on this one.

I caught the tail-end of an explaination.
There was a chart that showed three steak dinners.
If I understood it, one of the plates was a heart attack and there would be one price paid for that heart attack, including the hospital, doctors and tests.
He didn't say what happened if and when the money for the dinner ran out but you still needed treatment.
