That means that 1 of every five people you talk to are most likely to have an unemployment problem or an underemployment problem. I'm in Chicago and we've had to cut rents 5-7%, stop all big projects and now I'm getting calls from tenants who have to move because they've lost their jobs and don't have any reserves. The economy is a lot tougher than people are being told.
