"Larry and Terisa married last year—with Scott's permission—in part for tax purposes. Larry owns the house they all live in, and Scott pays rent. Household expenses require a complicated spreadsheet. Terisa, Larry, and Scott all have their own bedrooms, but sleeping arrangements must be discussed. Larry snores, so Terisa spends most nights with Scott—which means she must be mindful of making up for lost time with Larry. Terisa and Larry only recently began dating Matt and Vera, after meeting on Facebook, and now every Friday, the couple bring their son over to the house and the three of them stay all weekend. Matt will usually sleep with Terisa, and Vera with Larry, or they'll switch it up, depending on how everyone feels."

Imagine how much time and creativity these people would have in their lives if there were less people involved....LOL! :o

Well that's pretty much a fact of life in this hedonistic society of ours already.I say that the next big thing...the next big "civil rights" push...will be "loving" children.

And I guarantee that it will be the Supreme Court of *my* home state (The Gay State) that will be the first to strike down "age of consent" laws.

They will owe a lot of stores to clean the puke off of their magazine racks.

TROP calls for up to 4 wives. Is that what you had in mind? Sometimes the guy only keeps 3 “permanent” wives leaving the 4th slot open for very quick relationships.

Actually, Robert Heinlein’s novel “The Moon Is A Harsh Mistress” looks upon this practice pretty favorably. BUT, in the novel, it was a custom born out of extreme conditions on the Moon colonies.

I dunno. They’re free to purse it, I suppose. It just seems to me that someone in that sort of relationship will always come out the loser.

Exactly!

If you redefine Marriage, it can be redefined to mean anything. If you can claim the 14th amendment requires “Marriage Equality” then there is no stopping other groups from claiming the same protection.

After all, if gays have a “right” to marry whomever they wish, then so do bigamists and polygamists.

Is the caused by eating “beet carpaccio”? That seemed to be significant to the story for Newsweak.
