Hack Panthers - Justice Department is caught covering up voter intimidation
The Washington Times ^ | 7/31/09 | The Washington Times

The Justice Department's decision to drop an already-won voter-intimidation case against members of the New Black Panther Party merits multiple, independent investigations.

On Tuesday, Rep. Frank R. Wolf, Virginia Republican, officially asked Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. to refile the case. Mr. Holder should comply.

So far, the Justice Department has stonewalled legitimate inquiry. It has yet to provide records sought by this newspaper back in May. It has yet to answer a July 22 letter from Mr. Wolf that asks 35 questions on 17 different subjects relating to the Black Panther case. Justice has claimed, falsely, that the decision to drop the case was made by career attorneys only, not by political appointees. And it has declined to let congressmen interview the career attorneys who originally filed, and won, the case against the Black Panthers.

Not ‘caught’ doing anything... They did it in plain sight, with the willing help of the presstitutes.

Kevin Johnson & New Black Panthers: ... Friends of Michelle !

I truly believe the resident First Lady is one mean angry Black women who sees only Black & White, not issues or facts.

You just know it was Michelle who told Barry he must speak out against the racist cop trying to protect their Black Harvard Prof friend's Harvard-provided home.

The racial intimidation at the poll is now hardly worth worrying about.
The big issue is the justice department being ordered to ignore it.

Where did this new policy come from. ? The director of the FBI or the President of the United States.

“...career attorneys at Justice already had won a default judgment against three Black Panthers and the party as a whole for intimidating voters at a Philadelphia polling place...”

And, still the DoJ drops the case? And, no political appointees had a hand in this chilling decision?

Bull Puckey! Many of us out here, in the hinterlands, were born at night; but, it wasn’t last night. This one stinks to high Heaven. Even now, the administration talking heads are rattling off the talking points with the help of the complicit MSM and hoping we just don’t notice.

Too late! We noticed...

It’s time to take back the country.

LOL, presstitutes! An appropriate new term that warrants widespread use.

So now America's Department of Justice has become a PERSONAL vehicle of uhbama under the aok of attn eric holder, and VOTER INTIMIDATION is now LEGAL? A thug with a night stick, dressed like a monster on Michael Jackson's thriller album is merely given a sanction and his fellow thugs receive NO PUNISHMENT?

What...is this some kind of set up for eric holder and uhbama in the next election so that THUGS EVERYWHERE visit polling stations and THREATEN white voters?

Well .. if the (cough) 'Justice' Dept and AG Eric Holder's toadies won't protect the citizens Right To Vote and to be free from intimidation when doing so, then I guess the citizens themselves will have to.

(Hmm, now why do I get the feeling that this is exactly what they want; a nice little race riot)

This will stitch together well with “stupidgate(s)”. If Obama was smart, he’d make a point of overruling his Justice underlings thus regaining some of his post-racial healer bona fides. But he won’t, so folks will take this, along with stupidgate(s) and Rev. Wright and racist Grandma, and start to add up what it really means.

But his followers can't add.

Not just white voters, can you imagine being a “person of color” and voting for the “wrong” candidate?

What is the issue that Louisianna governor, Jindal, is having his state’s atty. gen. looking into? It involves acorn and the elections. Same thing?

It’s not “voter intimidation” that is now legal.
It’s black on white intimidation and violence that is now legal.

And don’t you dare say anything about it, you racist, or you’ll be slapped with a hate crime so fast it’ll make your head spin.

A nice little anti-statist race riot would give them the perfect excuse to do what leftists historically always do - use the power of the state to punish ideological opponents.

Yep, exactly. That's what they're itching for.

What if we showed up with axe handles and other implements that are needed to walk so we can vote without intimidation.

I dunno. But I look at those pictures of those creepy black thugs that look like they walked out of Michael Jackson’s Thriller album cover and think...’wish I had been there, even as a woman, I would have raised such a stink the police would have been called and those thugs would have been history’.
