MSNBC is having an on air meltdown over a man their camera crew videotaped openly carrying a handgun at an anti-Obama protest in Portsmouth, New Hampshire this morning near where Barack Obama will be holding a town hall meeting later today.
MSNBC showed footage of the man with the gun openly holstered to his right leg. He was holding a large sign with words about the tree of liberty.
The Portsmouth police chief informed MSNBC the man was legally armed.
The man was reportedly standing with a group of protesters on the property of a church.
More as this develops.

Another interesting observation, when I made a statement he felt not complimentary of Obozo, it simply vanished from Twitter. No trace. Magicked away.
Some Lefties have figured a way to remove posts or replies selectively from the system. And it is an organized propaganda effort. Many participants that are coordinated.

While it is his right to carry a gun, I'm not sure of the wisdom of doing so given the current climate. The media is desperately trying to accuse town hall participants of being raving nuts so that it don't have to deal with the substance of their complaints. The gun just plays into the scenario that they are trying to paint.
I'm guessing that the gun would give pause to SEIU thugs, though.
Open carry is required by law in New Hampshire unless you have a government-issued license to conceal.
Unlikely. Otherwise an assassin could distract the Secret Service by having a few openly armed people wandering around while the assassin stays concealed. They'll just make sure he stays out of the restricted perimeter.
Plus the FACT, which is matter of public record, that Obama issued orders like a mafia boss man for his union and acorn goons to "get in their faces" and go "hit them back trice as hard".
I would hope anyone involved in an altercation with these union thugs has a good lawyer with the sense to name Obama as the one who ordered the assault.
