Rasmussen: The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 29% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Thirty-seven percent (37%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -8.

29% strongly approving is still a dismal statement on American intelligence.
He could have horns and a pitchfork tail, and they would still approve of him. (On second thought!!!)
When you look at a lot of issues besides health care (for example, gun control), my impression is that the hard-left constituency in the country amounts to around 25% of the population.
That is probably just about correct...Thus the 25% approval for the big “O” no matter what.

All humans have some number of flu bugs coursing around their bloodstreams, and the body generally has plenty of white blood cells to surround and expunge them. If 25% of the cells traveling around the bloodstream were hard-leftist H1N1's, that's a significant number!

You have to account for a lot of ignorance in the percentage because you have to look at how the MSM has idolized the obamanation and constantly praised his every breath.

If you add up all of the people who are on the dole in one way or another, or are government employees, or who work for universities or other organizations highly dependent upon government funding, plus union members, it probably comes to around 30%. That is likely the floor of support for any Statist Lefty.

After O's flub on announcing AARP was on board with the health care plan (not his--he has none), David Gregory asked Gibbs with a worried expression on his face--"the President just misspoke, right?". This is the same nasty piece who constantly injected venom into his accusatory questiions at Bush briefings. His expression was so dismayed and so concerned about what might be the fall out from O's AARP alip that he couldn't wait to make an excuse.
Dems and MSM--down the rabbit hole together--sounds like a good title for a book or a folksong.

I think of the MSM as our re-education branch of the government as they attempt to foist communism on us.
the liberals wouldn’t dominate the dem party if it weren’t 29%. If his support was in the teens, then we’d have an entirely different nation.
