A racially charged activist group called Color of Change founded by Van Jones, a special advisor to the Obama Administration, is trying to silence popular radio and Fox News personality Glenn Beck by calling for a boycott of Becks TV advertisers.
On July 28th, Beck made a comment on the Fox & Friends morning show about Obamas reaction to the arrest of Dr. Henry Louis Gates Jr. During the discussion of Professor-Gate, Beck connected the Presidents past association with Rev. Jeremiah Wright to Obamas comment that Cambridge police officer, Sgt. James Crowley, acted stupidly. Though Beck acknowledged most

get it in the news......anyone watching foxnews...they are talking about people bussed in for townhalls....acorn and unions.....i think they are all one color and all have insurance or medicade/medicare.. i doubt any are uninsured.
Obama’s czars are at the least stupid bureaucrats and at the worst they are rabble rousing felons. These guys need to be exposed in the manner of “Rev” Wright to the point that they are toxic.
Beck has been doing a great job of this as exemplified by his list of the czars (see http://www.glennbeck.com/content/articles/article/198/29391/ )
Here’s part of the entry for Jones:
Will focus on environmentally-friendly employment within the administration and boost support for the idea nationwide
Rose from near obscurity in the Oakland, Calif., grassroots organizing scene to the leader of a national movement to spur the green economy.
Founded Green For All, an organization focused on creating green jobs in impoverished areas
Also co-founder of the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights and Color of Change, which includes Bay Area PoliceWatch, a group devoted to “protect[ing] the community from police misconduct”
Published New York Times best-seller The Green Collar Economy: How One Solution Can Fix Our Two Biggest Problems, in October 2008
Started career as a prison-reform advocate in Oakland, Calif., lobbying for reform of the juvenile justice system and youth-violence prevention programs
Has law degree from Yale
2007: worked on the Green Jobs Act with then-Rep. Hilda Solis (D-Calif.), who co-sponsored the bill in the House
1993: was arrested at the Los Angeles riots that followed the acquittal of cops in the Rodney King beating. “I was arrested simply for being a police observer,” says Jones, who had just graduated from Yale Law School and was working with the Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights in San Francisco.
1999: was arrested in the 1999 Seattle protests against the World Trade Organization
Excerpt from a Nov. 2005 interview in the East Bay Express:
Jones had planned to move to Washington, DC, and had already landed a job and an apartment there. But in jail, he said, “I met all these young radical people of color — I mean really radical, communists and anarchists. And it was, like, ‘This is what I need to be a part of.’” Although he already had a plane ticket, he decided to stay in San Francisco. “I spent the next ten years of my life working with a lot of those people I met in jail, trying to be a revolutionary.” In the months that followed, he let go of any lingering thoughts that he might fit in with the status quo. “I was a rowdy nationalist on April 28th, and then the verdicts came down on April 29th,” he said. “By August, I was a communist.” In 1994, the young activists formed a socialist collective, Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement, or STORM, which held study groups on the theories of Marx and Lenin and dreamed of a multiracial socialist utopia. They protested police brutality and got arrested for crashing through police barricades. In 1996, Jones decided to launch his own operation, which he named the Ella Baker Center after an unsung hero of the civil-rights movement.
I wonder how many other people the election of FUBO has turned into racists .... besides me
Could somebody post a link to Glenn Beck’s advertisers? I’ll make sure I patronize them. I’ll be boycotting Proctor & Gamble instead.
There's not a cop in the country who hasn't run into some liberal blowhard who proclaims in high falootin’ tones, “Don't you know who I am?”.
The subtext being that important elitists are above the law mere citizens must follow. And doesn't the “cop” understand his betters.
The obvious solution is for the cop to pull out a piece of papers, check it and say, “you're names an alternate - but you're not on the list yet. When the Mayor's mistress drops off, you'll move up and be above the law... "Sorry, for now you get a ticket...”
A porcupine has the pr!cks on the outside.
Remember while you’re boycotting Geico, Travelocity and the rest.
They advertise. On every commercial they include their toll-free number.
So call them on their own number, and complain!
What’s the difference between Gawd and Obama?
Gawd does not think he is Obama!
What is common between Gawd and Obama?
No one has seen Gawd’s birth certificate either!
These guys make Goebbels look like an amateur.
Could somebody post a link to Glenn Becks advertisers? Ill make sure I patronize them. Ill be boycotting Proctor & Gamble instead.
THIS is the definitive website to support Glenn against the nutbag boycott...http://www.defendglenn.com
The site is "FReeperMade" also.
A friend called Progressive and after being on hold for 20 minutes the person answers with “so are you calling about that Glenn Beck thing...”
