In this interview Obama states: "So all we've said is let's keep the private system intact, but let's make sure that people who right now can't get health insurance -- about 46 million -- that they're able to buy into the market."
Previously he would say that these 46 million don't have health insurance, without explaining the reasons why, which include: many are non-U.S. citizens, many can afford it but choose not to have it, many are eligible for medcaid but have not enrolled, etc. See more here: http://keithhennessey.com/2009/08/14/portsmouth-20/
Now Obama increases his deception by stating that these people "can't get health insurance". At what point do you conclude that Obama is not an idiot and that his deceptions are intentional?
Actually, 12.6 million of that 46 million are illegal aliens. The fact that he is using the 46 million number gives lie to his statement that no one is talking about covering illegal aliens. He is talking about covering illegal aliens.
