If Nancy Pelosi wants to find a swastika, maybe the first place she should look is the sleeve on her own arm.

But what I want to know is, you've done a lot of things that violate your constitutional oath, as you know. What I want to know is, as a Marine, as a disabled Veteran that served this country...

I am glad to finally see some evidence of people bringing up the real issue, the legal foundation of government health care. That there is no legal foundation whatsoever! It's nice to see these congressmen challenged on the constitutional basis for the government takeover of health care. Republicans need to focus on the constitutionality of government health care and stop with the "we can do it better and cheaper" arguments.

To ring my own bell, I called up the Ralph Bristol show (Nashville, mornings) when he had Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn (a good, conservative Republican) and corrected them both on the use of the word "rights" when talking about health care. I told them that people have rights given to them by God. Governments have powers (not rights) that are given to them by the people. I also told them that no person has a right to something that must be provide by the labors of another, therefore, no matter how sick you are, you have no right to demand that another person take care of you.

I would amend that slightly and allow that minor children have a right to be supported by the labors of their parents.

I agree. I’m so tired of the Republican reponse being, we can do healthcare too, and make it more acceptable to everyone. Well, NO! No socialized healthcare, period! Why can’t the Republicans for once stand for what’s right, instead of just being watered down democrat lite!

This guy is fantastic! Hope we hear more from him in the future.

The one good thing about all this is that it is bringing out a lot of strong, patriotic Americans to step up and get involved, that probably never would have if we hadn’t come to face such a radical leftist administration.

No problem, it’s a video worth taking a look at though. I felt bad for this man. And I’ll feel equally saddened if this Marine’s family starts to get harrassed, although I have no doubt he will take care of his family. It’s still crazy that a person may have to worry about their welfare after voicing an opinion at a townhall meeting.
