Morris says Republicans could pick up 100 House Seats in 2010
FOX News | August 24, 2009

On the Hannity show, Dick Morris just said he thinks the Democrats will lose as many as 100 seats in 2010. Hannity was so shocked that he audibly gasped.

Rush Limbaugh defended Palin and heralded her as the “most prominent and articulate voice” for conservatism.

AS Michael Reagan said re convention night:

Wednesday night I watched the Republican National Convention on television and there, before my very eyes, I saw my Dad reborn; only this time he’s a she.

In one blockbuster of a speech, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin resurrected my Dad’s indomitable spirit

"Does it really sound in character that obama would roll over and accept defeat" He would have no choice. If he violates the Constitution and ignores the courts he will find that the American people will not accept an obvious usurper.

You're assuming that they would announce honest results. Polling can predict the results with reasonable accuracy, and I wouldn't be surprised if ACORN started election day, 2010 with orders giving the number of required dead voters they need to turn out in each district. Once results were announced, obama would have to comply, but I expect a third-world election before the ballots are counted.

It would be much more believable, were it not for the RINOs standing ready to step up, and once again help to destroy our country, traitors all.

Like him or dislike him, you have to give "the toesucker" credit in one area... He has never been afraid to air the Clinton's dirty laundry.

I don't know what he has on them, but it must be something of high value as far as information is concerned. I say that because he has, in televised interviews, said some things about both of the Clintons that made me just stop and say "D@mN! He is getting close to Arkanside with a statement like that!" If he can say some of the things publicly that he has, he must be still holding some really "primo" information that keeps the Clintons from going after him... Maybe he has a letter held at his attorney's office in an envelope marked "open in case of untimely death" or something...

I know he is quite often wrong about things, and I totally disagree with his policies. He could be wrong about this as well. But I remember one night back in November when I had to tell myself: "Remember that we had Carter before Reagan, and remember that the Clintonista policies brought forth the 1994 Republican victories."

As it is right now, I am hoping that his prediction will be correct. We still must not rest... We must continue to push onward as if the future of the nation depends upon our victories - because it does.

If we don't get this problem corrected at the ballot box, we're going to have to correct it with the ammo box. I would prefer the former, especially since I have a 4 year old that I would like to see grow up in a "war-free" zone. But if the latter comes to pass, I would rather posthumously apologize to him in a letter for not being there to watch him grow up, than to have to apologize to him face-to-face (while in an "indoctrination camp") for having done nothing.

Regards,
Raven6

Then organize poll watchers to prevent this. Stolen votes usually are cast at polling stations without poll watchers.

Deeds is proving himself to be quite stupid ~ even by Leftwingtard standards. He once again came up with the idea that his opponent is not serving us well because he doesn't have a plan for a road program in Northern Virginia ~ with the taxes to go with it.

We've already rejected increased taxes for deciated road projects SEVERAL TIMES. Just how many times does Deeds believe we have to reject the idea?

He's cooked.

A 100, I doubt it.

Morris must have been smoking something before the show.

The problem is right now it may look that way, but a year in politics might as well be an eternity.

Things could be a WHOLE lot different this time next year. And the Repubs need to put forth a strong message with specific goals similar to the 1994 campaign season.

The Primaries aren't that far off for some states. That becomes the critical process of the election cycle in order to find a candidate that can defeat a democrat. If good candidates aren't up and about by now the chances are they maybe too late to put together an effective campaign.

I would rather have a 90% Conservative Republican than a Democrat.

I would rather have a conservative, period.

If that ten percent includes support for more Government, than that "conservative" isn't genuinely conservative.

Your third party loons only receive 1 to 2% if they are lucky. Just enough to take away from a Republican and ensure a Democrat victory.

Yeah, sure. It's always someone else's fault, isn't it?

If the Republicans fail, it's because they promised something that they did not deliver. Small, limited government is one thing. It isn't however, the fault of a third party that you seem to dismiss as a bunch of "loons" while simultaneously ascribing them responsibility for Republican shortcomings.

Since you are anti war, you wouldn’t find a conservative Republican to your liking anyways.

I am not against all war, something that you seem to imply. I am, however, thoroughly disgusted with proponents of the assorted interventionist wars (and the "nation-building") that so-called "conservatives" like to dabble in. I am also very disgusted with the same "conservatives" that attack Obama for suggesting that we collectively are responsible for acting as our "brother's keeper[s]" while later using that same line of reasoning as a rationale for intervening without just cause in the affairs of various foreign States.

As for the Middle East, finish the damn job in Iraq and Afghanistan and get out. I will, however, not countenance another Korea--we are still there over fifty years after the war supposedly ended, and I don't think that the U.S. will ever leave. Stop importing Middle Eastern oil, and stop playing political games with the various artificial political entities that have been created by the powers that be drawing lines in the sand. Let the Muslims rot in the desert with their oil, and use domestic (as in, U.S.) energy resources instead. And as for Israel, she is perfectly capable of defending herself. Let her stand and take her place amongst the other nations of this world, instead of running to Washington every now and then for permission like a dog running to its master.

Aye, but I will have fun emailing Carville and repeatedly reminding him that his egocentric and pompous arse prediction of “40 more years of Democratic Dominance” was nothing but more unicorn and rainbow dreams hogwash to siphon money from those sheeple that actually believed his spew and bought his inaccurate book.

Communications have changed. Reagan would be the first to use facebooks, etc.

BTW, I worked in reagan’s firsr campaign for Gov.
I saw Reagan many, many times in person speak as Gov and
Presidentand have met him.

From my first hand experience, Palin is the nearest to Reagan
in their views, drawing crowds and energizing them.

Deeds clearly has not learned from Warner’s failed sales tax increase a few years back. It was soundly rejected by Northern Virginia voters without any regard to political affiliation.

I did last year, and I will again. It is a sad experience, and a depressing one, to see just how thuggish and evil many democrats are (not all, but a shocking number). They have to be watched.
