Plaintiff Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes has received what appear to be facially valid orders mobilizing her to active duty with the United States Army in Iraq on September 5th, 2009 (Exhibit A). Captain Rhodes is both a US army officer and a medical doctor, a flight surgeon. On May 15th of this year 501 brigade out of Fort Campbell, KY, currently stationed in Iraq, has requested a support of medical personal in Iraq. Two days ago, August the 23rd, an order was given through the chain of command via e-mail for Captain Rhodes to arrive in San Antonio TX, Fort Sam Houston for Tactical Combat Medical Care Course (TCMC) to be held from August 30th till September 4t and next day, on September the 5th to arrive in Fort Benning in Columbus GA for immediate deployment to Iraq for a period of one year and twelve days from September 5th, 2009 until September 17th 2010. Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes wants to serve her country and fulfill her tour of duty, however as a US army officer and a medical doctor she has severe reservations regarding legitimacy of Barack Obama as the Commander in Chief and repercussions of her service under his orders, particularly in light of mounting evidence of him having allegiance to other Nations and citizenship of Kenya, Indonesia and Great Britain.

It would be nice to think that, but I bet that’s what some people thought about Major Cook. And look what happened to him. Do we know if he’s managed to find employment yet? I strongly suspect that the next time he lands a job, a discreet call will be made to his employer, along the same lines as the one made to Simtec. As we’ve already seen, The One will not forgive or forget any challenge to his authority.
Their side is constantly saying stuff that will do nothing more than cover their asses like this clown appears to be doing.
Let's take a closer look at what was said:

I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago..."
Now what has this bureaucratic clown actually said?
Either:
1. He believes that zero was born in Hawaii.
2. He has seen the docs that purported that zero was born in Hawaii.
3.He has seen the docs. Makes no claim either way but continues to state that their is a claim zero was born is Hawaii.
4.He is stating that he saw some docs purporting zero was born in Hawaii and makes no claim whatsoever himself.
5.Did he write that he categorically agrees with what he saw,hardly, only that he saw the docs.
Truth is this is a very ambiguous statement and we really don't know what the hell this guy is saying. Probably a quote given to him by yet another legal beagle.
Absent his appearance in a court of law placing his hand on the bible we have no clue what he thinks and even then most of these clowns in Hawaii are either bought off or threatened with life ending situations for them or their family in good ol' chicago mob style, IMHO.
So you can make any claim you want but absent hard rock witnesses to his birth or other salient evidence I am keeping an open mind and this issue is far from being solved. Just my opinion.

However, the UK can and did take Obama’s UK citizenship from him, per Section 2, Paragraph 2 of the Kenya Independence Act as I quoted to you. That was automatic, per the Act because Obama became a Kenyan citizen on Kenya's Independence Day.
I should note that by 1963 the UK had plenty of experience in granting independence to colonies and knew what to do in order to adjust the citizenship of all parties concerned. If Obama were to apply for a UK passport tomorrow, he would be denied it.
Kenya took his Kenyan citizenship from him in 1982 when he failed to renounce his US citizenship.
If Obama is a British citizen it is because he was never a Kenyan citizen and I don't think his Mau Mau sympathizer father would have stood for that.
After 1982 the only officially documented citizenship Obama has left is his US citizenship. (I'm not touching the Indonesia question, because I think Lolo Sotereo was lying and bribing people to get his stepson into a good school.)
In my opinion, if Obama was born on US soil then he is a natural born citizen for purposes or being President of the United States, because he had his US citizenship at birth, regardless of any other citizenships he may have been born with or held. Those citizenships have no standing under US law. They have no standing for any other purpose under US law I doubt they would for the Presidency.
In my opinion, if he was born outside the US he is probably still a natural born citizen because the law in force at the time would probably not withstand constitutional scrutiny and could probably be held to deny Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama Jr, due process of law by imposing an arbitrary deadline. It would have to be fought out in court, and would be embarrassing to Obama, but he would probably win and be declared a US citizen from birth.

After reading several more of your posts, I understand. But there are awful lot of "Ifs", and I thought the point of courts of law was to settle those "ifs". If, that word again, this thing can ever get to the phase of evidence and discovery of evidence many of those "ifs" would become hard facts, one way or another.
SCOUTS has already signaled to the lower courts that they have no interest in hearing, much less deciding, the Constitutional merits of these kinds of challenges.
Specifically when? You are likely correct in that statement, but I'd like to know just how this "signaling" was done.
But given that it is the case, it's a heck an indictment of the judicial system. Denying the people substantive access to one of the boxes which preserve freedom, is a very dangerous thing to do.

You admitted earlier that he was born with British citizenship (as well). Do you really believe the framers intent was to allow a dual citizen to be considered a "Natural Born Citizen?" Can you provide a definition from that time, of which the framers would have known about...describing such a scenario? There is evidence to the contrary (one example: Jay's letter writting during the convention, then the requirement showing up in their drafts)
Your saying it should be fine to have a Commander in Chief who was born with dual citizenship, divided loyalties? I can't imagine that's what the framers intended, and there is no definition for NBC from that time that affords such.

That's OK, so did Taitz. If you read the motion, Captain Rhodes is referred to as both 'she' and 'he', 'her' and 'his'. Link.
The military is critically short of Arabic translators but that hasn't stopped them from discharging some under "don't ask/don't tell". One doctor, more or less, isn't going to bring the war to a halt, and if the military decides that another example needs to be made then they'll do it. I doubt Captain Rhodes will serve out her obligation, if she has any remaining.
If they were on diplomatic passport, it might be a question, but I doubt the Government of Kenya (then a UK colony) would be issuing UK diplomatic passports to a bunch of students.
Even then, Stanley Ann Dunham was indisputably an American.
