You know, Quix, I'm quite worried because it's a monumental disaster to come out of a catastrophe, if it happens, God forbid.
At the risk of being accused of hijacking the thread, I'll outline the domestic dangers ahead because I believe that the parallels below compliment the main points of this thread.
The bastards who will start this destruction will make Americans distrust each other all over the country. It won't be the same as CW I where it was mostly a North vs. South affair.
A few years ago, I posted about the powder kegs that always existed, but were luckily dormant. These powder kegs are ripe for a spark and depending on any group's interpretation of the incident that caused the spark; a certain blow-up could occur.
One of the powder kegs, that I used to put very low probability on, was libs vs. Conservatives because of the high level of the discourse at that time (2000 & 2004 GOP victories, Iraq, vicious attacks on President Bush, CIA/FBI political leaks, etc.) Now, it's the highest and more of a possibility that could very well be above 50 %.
The one I considered high on the list of powder kegs, at that time, was the illegals' invasion/amnesty legislation, illegal aliens' offensive marches by the hundreds of thousands across our cities, and the MSM stand on their side. We defeated the amnesty crowd, recession and reverse immigration ensued and things temporarily cooled off rather than simmering at their boiling point. BUT, not for long!
As you know, an "immigration/amnesty" bill is next in line on 0b0z0's Congress docket. As if the libs think, "what can we do next to ensure the destruction of the eeeeevil US of A?"
This ties with my previous post #268 and raises the possibility of the 0b0z0 Administration “not wasting a crisis” and creating a catastrophe to save their “collective” hides, pun intended.
Let us try to preempt the Administration’s sinister thoughts and block their escape route from responsibility by informing as many people as possible of the ugly possibilities, including but not limited to, pundits, Conservative Media, etc. This way they cannot play innocent and point fingers at the real innocents when things go wrong and fan the flames.
How I wish it were.
