Yet another evening of madness over at MSNBC, as yet another host or guest incited violence by asserting that conservatives want to kill President Obama.
Keith's guest on September 1, 2009 was Dan Savage, had the folliwng things to say about religious conservatives, Rep. Michelle Bachman and Glenn Beck.
Savage: "the religious right if fomenting this kind of hatred in our country...at our peril...I really do think that the Michelle Bachmans of the word and the Glenn Becks of the world are actively and consciously trying to get...I'm just going to say it...trying to get the President KILLED."
Keith: "Unfortunately, a lot of who you're talking about...you nailed them perfectly"

I first misread the title thinking Olbermann actually had on his show somebody who disagreed with him.

At this point, frankly I think that Obama has done more to unify the Republican base in the last two years than anybody.
I certainly don’t want to see any harm come to Obama. Sure I’d love to see him tossed from office but he and Harry and Nancy are out there for the world to see how left-wing the Democrat Party truly is.
I think the only time Keith Olbermann can 'be a man' is when he and his partner are role playing.
Heh...yes, the idea that we would want to get rid of Obama is a joke... Yes, he has done more to unite the Republicans than anyone in the last decade.
The only problem left is that the Republicans are lost and can’t seen to find a platform to rally around. Maybe less government (by a bunch - killing many useless departments), getting back to LESS spending and shrink the government bureaucracy would go a long way...

Obama is not just uniting Republicans, he has caused tens of millions of Americans to switch to the conservative side. The poll numbers are devistating. Obama is killing the Democratic party. I have a union job, my co-workers are all talking like conservatives now. Before the election most of them were for “hope and change”. It is truly a miracle
