Van Jones Resigns. No Time To Let Up

The Marxist, Racist, Radical Jones is out, officially. However, it will be prudent to see where he goes after his resignation. It’s unlikely that we’ve see the last of him, given the immediate efforts, by the State Run Media, to martyr Jones.

Even in his statement, he blames everyone, except himself, for his demise. And one can be sure that the administration that appointed him, feels the same:

“On the eve of historic fights for health care and clean energy, opponents of reform have mounted a vicious smear campaign against me,” Jones said in his resignation statement. “They are using lies and distortions to distract and divide.”

Unfortunately, for Jones, it was his own words that exposed him for what he is, not accusations or smears. It was simply Van Jones.

More than any other appointment, Jones illustrated the radicalism of the Obama Administration. They knew him, they appointed him, and they defended him, until the outcry became to much. Jones is gone, But Barack Obama, and those who surround him, are not. The pressure must not decrease, with this one resignation. There are questions to be answered. [...]

I'm just now on the net and have been commenting on Van Jones for the last few days. It was noted that this controversy wasn't covered in the NY Times, WAPO, ABC, NBC, CBS, (all the usual suspects) and so on.

Will they now still ignore the story? I'm going to check now but if they do cover it, I'll bet they downplay it to the max.

I didn't even think the "a-word" clip was that big a deal when I saw it--he was goofing with a supportive crowd. As you say, the real problem is his left-wing, racist redistribution, paranoid views--and those, or at least the connections he made with them, are what got him the appointment in the first place.

Since the news media (aka MSM) has essentially abdicated their role in vetting these people we must assume this responsibility. Yes, let's concentrate on the buffoons that the Obama Administration has working for it. The Czars are the most important of these. They seem to answer to no one. This is very dangerous. (2) We need an audit of every government nickel and dime this turkey Jones spent.

(3) We need complete audits and investigations re any contracts he gave to so called non-profits, companies, enviral groups and corportations pumping for so called green causes.

(4) Companies that faced any Chicago type of black/greenmail thug pressure to agree with this thug Jones, need to get their story out.
