Get his college transcripts, force hawaii to release what they have, social security, selective service, that’s all the judge needs to do.

He could still be naturalized, but of course naturalized citizens are not eligible to the office of President.
No, he wouldn’t, it would prove he was born in Kenya and according to the laws of the time his mother was too young to pass on her American citizenship by a year or two, the infamous five years after clause that has always been part of this equation.
The only way he could then be naturalised is if he applied for US citizenship.

That's what I meant. His mother could even have applied for him. Either way, naturalized == Not Eligible.
