Officials with the controversial community organizing group ACORN were secretly videotaped offering to assist two individuals posing as a pimp and a prostitute, encouraging them to lie to the IRS and how to claim underage girls from South America as dependents.
In the videotape on BigGovernment.com, made on July 24, James O'Keefe, a 25-year-old independent filmmaker, posed as a pimp with a 20-year-old woman named "Kenya" who posed as a prostitute while visiting ACORN's office in Baltimore. The couple told ACORN staffers they wanted to secure housing where the woman could continue to maintain a prostitution business.
On the videotape, "Kenya" can be seen telling an ACORN staffer that she earns roughly $8,000 a month. The ACORN employee then suggests to "Kenya" that ACORN could submit a tax return for 2008 showing that she made $9,600 for the entire year — instead of $96,000 — and that ACORN would charge "Kenya" $50 instead of the usual $150 fee for preparing her taxes.
The ACORN staffer can also be seen suggesting that the prostitute list her occupation as a freelance "performing artist."
The "pimp" later says that he and "Kenya" plan to bring up to 13 "very young" girls from El Salvador to work as prostitutes. Although an ACORN staffer points out their plans are illegal, she also suggests that the girls can be claimed as dependents.
The staffer goes on to suggest that as many as three of the underage girls can be listed as dependents at the home, but a "flag" will be raised if as many as 13 are listed.
A second ACORN employee can be heard on the audiotape suggesting that the couple join... for an annual cost of $120 prior to attending one of its first-time homebuyer seminars, which are underwritten with taxpayer funds.

I am sick and tired of the legal system NOT being utilized. You know...like charging and convicting criminals!!! As pointed out earlier, now we have discovered child sex trafficking, tax evasion, and prostitution encouraged, and was supported by acorn. Acorn advised people who they thought had a child sex ring and did not give a crap. Be angry, be outtraged, and demand action! It does tick me off.

This is amazing but not shocking! So this is how ACORN spends our tax dollars when not making up fraudulent registrations and getting people to vote for the fraudulent voters.

Oh yeah! ACORN has been neck deep in bad Fannie and Freddie backed loans to scams for deades now. So long as Democrats control the government, the scame will continue. Do the names Rangel and Conyers and Frank ring a bell?
Exactly! When ACORN did the fraud in OK to try and keep the GOP from taking over the Senate for the first time in history (FAILED), you can bet they will do it everywhere. I think ACORN turning in people is done so their books won’t be looked at completely and true amount of voter fraud will not be discovered.

My guess is that you could walk into hundreds of ACORN offices and gotten the same response - up to and including importing children into the sex slave business.
ACORN is as morally corrupt as Beck has shown them to be... but... And that's the rub - Beck and friends should have gone into 10 more ACORNS and recorded the exact same thing.
This way ACORN can play it like this woman wasn't representative of all the rest of them. They'll play it like she's the one bad apple in the group.
And worse, now they'll all be on "good behavior" which means they'll be more careful - but not better...
I'm disappointed.
