What every patriot needs to know about Obamacare on 9/12

"Health care" under Obama's drastic plot is neither healthy nor caring, as these actual pages of the bill below will demonstrate.

Ever since our founding fathers broke free from tyranny of a foreign power, enemies of America have always sought to destroy her special place in history. German "National Socialists" in the 1940s and Liberals from the 2000s, their goal is the same: the annihilation of freedom and the American way of life.

America has a special place in history. Marxists wish to destroy it. Ever there was a time to act to save America, it is now.

1. LOSS OF LIBERTY The Obamacare bill is perhaps the most oppressive anti-freedom bill in the history of this great Republic.

The Third Amendment of the Constitution is in conflict with page 460 where your government doctor has the authority to go to your house and place you under quarantine if your government doctor determines you are a "community" risk.

Today, it is your choice to visit a doctor. Tomorrow, even if you don't have a health problem, you are still required to visit your new government doctor face-to-face once a year (page 722). And if your new government doctor doesn't like how you've been using your own body he can order you to exercise against your will (page 935).

Pages 494 through 498 are essentially the "Siberia Bill" from the 1950s. The Siberia Bill was defeated through grassroots activism such as ours by concerned citizens and prominent religious groups. The Siberia Bill states that "mental health" screenings will be mandated and anyone can be sent to an asylum or drugged/electroshocked at the say-so of your new government psychiatrist. Citizens will also be encouraged to report to their own government doctor about any "unusual" behavior exhibited by other citizens, such as you. Based on citizen reporting to government authorities, you could very well be incarcerated for "community safety and personal well-being." Notice how liberals and their "scientific" surveys always try to frame Conservative positions as mental health issues? Obama himself even said on the campaign trail that "wingnuts" cling to their "guns and religion", already setting the framework years ahead of his assumption of office.

And for those of you on Medicare and Medicaid, here's the "choice" that Obama has promised: page 341 states bluntly that the government alone will force Medicare/Medicaid recipients into government health coverage.

2. ACORN AND ACORN-LIKE "COMMUNITY" GROUPS The New Obamacare bill remains true to its socialist roots by requiring input from "community groups" such as the corrupt ACORN syndicate and their cohorts.

Page 321 of the bill is pretty clear when it says these socialist "community groups" will be consulted on "communal needs" to determine hospital expansion: if ACORN says your newly nationalized hospital is servicing the community just fine then that's the final word. Page 469 says ACORN and socialist "community group" involvement is designed to cut costs, but history shows this is something socialism has never achieved. This essentially enables ACORN to set all health policy for the entire country -- as the "legalese" on page 518 all but says in plain English.

The ACORN hole is a deep one. These "community groups" will need data for their fuzzy math, as pages 476 and 630 assert; that data will come from all your private medical records, to which the government owns and ACORN will have unfettered access.

3. HEALTH CARE DRAFT? Page 901 will draft citizens into becoming a government nurse during a "crisis" of any government creation. If this bill were in effect during Hurricane Katrina, the government would have been busing citizens TOWARDS New Orleans.

4. "HOUSE CALLS" HAVE A NEW MEANING Page 379 of the Obamacare bill sets up "telephone diagnoses", where your initial consultation with your newly-designated government doctor will not be in an office but rather over the phone. Based on your complaints, your new government doctor will determine if you are sick enough to come in to the office or to be passed on to a specialist. While supporters will claim this is designed to "decrease the burden" on these newly non-profit medical practitioners, the specialist may discover your new government doctor's phone-only diagnosis was incorrect; already the government has wasted money on an incorrect diagnosis before you even see your own government doctor eye-to-eye.

5. LOSS OF PRIVACY The invasion of the fundamental American right to privacy and personal choice, long defended by the conservative movement for the last 65 years, is forever removed under this unprecedented socialist power grab by the executive branch.

Right now, family decisions are made between you, your spouse, and whomever else you choose to involve. After this healthcare bill is passed, the family is redefined to include President Obama (page 489), as your government doctor will be notified and involved in all health care decisions.

Pages 654 through 659 of Obamacare states the government will reserve the right to notify your neighbors about infectious diseases for "community safety". This can only serve to cause public panic by others and public humiliation of you. Furthermore, how many illnesses will be misreported in order to keep your neighbors scared? The government, using this authority, will have the power to make any American citizen a diseased pariah just by stating so.

This far-reaching power grab and anti-privacy bill is not just confined to the Office of the President. Page 735 states your private health records can be accessed by the Office of the Attorney General during an investigation without your knowledge. This crosses a line previous "big government" administrations have never dared to cross, as it completely violates basic legal processes that have been part of the Western World for over one thousand years.

6. GOVERNMENT WILL TRACK YOU FOR "COMMUNITY SAFETY" Page 503 allows for the creation of an online government database for your government doctor to share all your information with the government and anyone else who has access to this database, which includes groups such as ACORN. Furthermore, all it will take is one hacker, foreign or domestic, to tap into this database and find out everything about every American. This database will have everything -- page 1001 of Obamacare even states this database will have your present location.

7. EVEN THE TROOPS ARE NOT SAFE! America's War Veterans fought the same National Socialism that Obamacare is promoting. This bill, on page 434, will order our veterans to surrender to the very same socialist forces they fought on foreign soil so many years ago. All our military -- active, reserve, and even their families -- are now properties of the Government, and will suffer the sharpest brunt of this bill. Our troops and their families deserve better than being subject to this. As we pass the 8th anniversary of 9/11, we have to ask if 3000 proud American citizens died for this.

8. THE ART OF SOCIALIZATION AND UNPRECEDENTED FEDERAL POWER GRABS The most offensive aspect of this bill is perhaps the the typical big-government fetish with "regulations" and "standards", as arbitrarily determined by the government. These are the same canards that drive up prices and drive down quality in the private sector that have created the very economic problems we suffer from today. For centuries we have known that the free market has been the perfect system for ensuring quality in every aspect of our lives; pages 448, 632, and 676 to 686 mandates that the self-correcting free market is replaced by the Office of the President of the United States.

Part of the free market is to allow for businesses to self-regulate and set their own rules, but page 801 completely eviscerates this, threatening our entire economy. The insideous nature of this socialist agenda is laid to bare in plainly in a massive section (pages 740 to 757) stating that tax dollars will be directed into health care as the federal government sees fit.

It only gets worse: page 898 will create a "health gestapo" that will redistribute health specialists to your area whether you, the taxpayer, need them in your area or not: it will all be decided at the executive, federal level.

The amassing of federal power is unsurprising end of this heavy, novel-length bill: page 1018 will eliminate all states rights over all health issues and hand all those rights over to a new federal bureaucracy answerable only to President Obama.

9. ABORTIONS IN SCHOOL AND THE SOCIALIST SEXUALIZATION OF OUR YOUTH Abortion is not only covered in this frightening legislation but even mandates it in some cases.

The first case uses the liberal wedge of "only when the mother's life is at risk." Abortions are covered when your government doctor decides if they should be (page 769). However, as seen with the ACORN syndicate and their establishment of a "performance artist" child prostitution ring this week, all it would take is one dishonest government socialist worker to kill a new life when the mother's life is not at risk at all. Furthermore, your government doctor might find your child isn't desirable enough for society, and will terminate the pregnancy without you being able to ask for a second opinion.

Another issue where abortion is mandated is in cases of underage pregnancy. If your daughter goes to a public school and she finds herself in the hands of a socialist government nurse, the nurse will be required to report the underage pregnancy to the government as a rape (be it consensual or otherwise). Your daughter will then be able to obtain a government-funded abortion to be performed on your grandchild without your knowledge (page 993). This will be a quiet genocide, performed on the most vulnerable members of society, every day.

Futhermore, preventative health care measures in this bill include condom dispensary machines to be installed in every public grade school washroom, male and female, with very explicit instruction on how to use these devices given to our nation's youth. This will only serve to enhance childhood promiscuity and acceptance of homosexuality.

10. OBAMA-MANDATED EUGENICS AND DEATH? Page 425 through 429 should forever be known as the "Holocaust Provision" of Obamacare. This section calls for government-funded "End of Life" centers overseen by an overlord where the terminally ill, old, infirm and other undesirables are rounded up and placed. There is no "death panel" anymore; this weaselly tactic removes the "panel" aspect altogether.

Obamacare is the same government-run healthcare system offered by the German National Socialist ("Nazi") Party, except we refer to the Nazi's system as "The Holocaust", where millions of Judeo-Christians were put to death.

One has always wondered why Barack Obama, the nation's first African-born president, has such a forceful, hateful, anti-American agenda over what he claims is a peaceful and innocuous program as socialist health care. Page 624 makes it all clear: a radical, race-based eugenics program will be set up under the administration of Barack Obama. Pages 913 to 914 even go as so far to say that "African-Americans" (blacks) will receive free medical benefits that are inaccessible to white Americans.

11. OBAMACARE'S LEGACY: A LIBERAL SOCIETY Furthermore, absolutely no practitioner of the dangerous homosexual lifestyle will be prohibited from recieving your tax dollars. Antiretrovirals for homosexuals contaminated with AIDS cost thousands of dollars a month, and that money comes directly out of your pocket.

Page 915 of the bill also "encourages" all health care workers to know many non-English languages and understand different religions such as radical Islam and Wicca. To make the encouragement sweeter, health care workers will be offered merit-based incentives such as raises and promotions based upon their "tolerance".

Keep America free. Ensure you pass this message on to everyone you know. Your very life, or the life of an unborn loved one, may depend on it one day.

The U.S. Post Service was established in 1775 - they've had 234 years to get it right; it is broke, and even though heavily subsidized, it can't compete with private sector FedEx and UPS services.

Social Security was established in 1935 - they've had 74 years to get it right; it is broke.

Fannie Mae was established in 1938 - they've had 71 years to get it right; it is broke. Freddie Mac was established in 1970 - they've had 39 years to get it right; it is broke. Together Fannie and Freddie have now led the entire world into the worst economic collapse in 80 years.

The War on Poverty was started in 1964 - they've had 45 years to get it right; $1 trillion of our hard earned money is confiscated each year and transferred to "the poor"; it hasn't worked.

Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965 - they've had 44 years to get it right; they are both broke; and now our government dares to mention them as models for all US health care.

AMTRAK was established in 1970 - they've had 39 years to get it right; last year they bailed it out as it continues to run at a loss!

The Dept of Energy which was formed in the late 70's to reduce our reliance on foreign oil, foster development of alternative energy sources, develop better batteries, etc. In 30 years, they have accomplished nothing.

This year, a trillion dollars was committed in the massive political payoff called the Stimulus Bill of 2009; it shows NO sign of working; it's been used to increase the size of governments across America , and raise government salaries while the rest of us suffer from economic hardships. It has yet to create a single new private sector job. Our national debt projections (approaching $10 trillion) have increased 400% in the last six months.

"Cash for Clunkers" was established in 2009 and went broke in 2009 - - after 80% of the cars purchased turned out to be produced by foreign companies, and dealers nationwide are buried under bureaucratic paperwork demanded by a government that is not yet paying them what was promised.

So with a perfect 100% failure rate and a record that proves that each and every "service" shoved down our throats by an over-reaching government turns into disaster, how could any informed American trust our government to run or even set policies for America's health care system - - 17% of our economy?

Maybe each of us has a personal responsibility to let others in on this brilliant record before 2010, and then help remove from office those who are voting to destroy capitalism and destroy our grandchildren's future.
