Creigh Deeds Explains His Position on Tax Hikes With Kerryesque Clarity
NRO ^ | September 17, 2009 | Jim Geraghty

I can't believe this guy might be my next governor. Creigh Deeds, explaining his position on taxes, says at one point, "I'm not going to raise taxes, but I'm going to sign a transportation plan that raises new revenue." Then in the post-debate press conference, he says, within milliseconds of each other, "I have no plans to raise taxes" followed by "everything is on the table."

Somewhere, John Kerry is watching this and saying, "See? It's not just me!"

All Americans know that politicians lie.
Unfortunately, they seem unable to connect this fact to actual politicians.
Until they are able to, America will be screwed.

It still amazes me that when you point out what 0bama’s plans do, the braindead 0bama zombies will say “no, 0bama said it wouldn’t!” as if his lies counteract facts.

It seems Deeds is cut of the same cloth. Go figure.

Yet these jackasses can’t figure out why people are sooooo angry. Stupid should be excruciatingly painful.

If Obama had said these things, it would have been hailed by the Party Propaganda Ministry as “Genius, pure genius. The man puts things together like nobody else can.”

Sometimes I think people should have to pass a civics test before being allowed to vote.

Methinks this is the “macaca moment” for Mr. Deeds. That video is already going viral. I’ve gotten it from three people today and I haven’t even lived in Virginia for 5 years!
