His statement regarding Hillary (which he made AGAIN on yesterday’s show) is causing his credibility to nose dive which we can’t afford.
My bet is that in the event of a vacancy he has a long hard look at Hillary. She’s the one person who could seriously take him on in the primaries.
I believe that the original plan post-election was to dump that fool Biden in 2012 and put her on the ticket as VP. But he’s so vulnerable now that she’ll be thinking long and hard about taking him on directly — and he knows it. He puts her on the court for life and she’s happy as a clam.
What would be the better way to run, Canada or Mexico?

I understand..... however real Christians are not voting for abortions. And I question the supposed “Christian” nature of most black churches. They are social clubs, political clubs, black liberation theology hotbeds. Not true Christianity.... some are but most are not. Anyway, it is evident that God’s hand of judgement is upon our nation, in spite of the hundreds of thousands and millions of born again Christians praying for deliverance.

For the record, I think that Stevens will announce his retirement by early next year and that Ginsburg will announce her retirement in 2011.

I’m not sure about that, because the expected retirees are all wacko leftists. Bush got to replace O’Connor with Alito, and that was a key replacement. I don’t see any tip in the balance, sadly for those precious unborn children.
She’s never looked good. I was astonished to read that she is only 76. She has looked a decade older than that for quite some time. It’s just a testament of the great American, health system which she and her ideological fellow travelers would dismantle for all but themselves. It has kept a vey infirm, prematurely aged, reed of a woman very active and stubbornly holding on to the last. Leftists never see the irony of their beliefs.
Ginsberg and Stevens will be gone by 2013. The GOP will have to find the stones to filibuster the next red hot that the Obamunists nominate for the court, and the one after, and the one after.

Before Obama, it would have been nice to "pick up a liberal seat" from Ginsberg, Souter, Breyer, or Stevens.
If Obama replaces these four, it means that we can not pick up any and must "hold" all of our 5 to maintain control.
