I'm not sure if this has been posted yet, but the organizers of the tea parties, American Liberty Alliance are hoping to give the Huff Post a run for their money and have all conservative blogs post on their website. It is to be known as Project 73. (I never did learn how they came up with that name.) Anyway, they are still in the organizational stage and are looking for participants.

Project 73, eh? Reminds me of “Order 66” in the latest Star Wars trilogy. I have visions of Glenn Beck wearing a cowled robe, giving the order to initiate Project 73 and laughing maniacally.
American Liberty Alliance isn’t the organizer of the TEA parties. They may be ‘an’ organizer of some of the TEA parties.
Sounds like someone is attempting to capitalize on the movement.
In Ham (Amateur) Radio and coming to it from telegraph days, ‘73’ was a short-hand expression of ‘best regards’. Is this what the new organization means - I got no clue.
December 16, 1773 was the date of the Boston Tea Party. Perhaps therein lies the significance.
You can keep me updated.
American Liberty Alliance is Eric J Odom’s group, formerly known as the Don’t Go Movement (I think). He is not “in charge” of the Tea Party movement, but is a major figure on the national level and helps the local grassroots in many ways, especially the first big national Tax Day Tea Party on April 15.
Somewhere inside these drooling 54 pages of leftwing messiah-porn is a mention of Free Republic, according to the page visit history of a notoriously conservative blog.
Now tell me you had that year and put it with Project 73 that quickly.
Remind me not to play trivial pursuit with you.
LOL, Full confession: I googled 1773 to see if anything would come up. :)

You mean they are going to devoid of fact, childish, and naive, only from the right wing?
Probably named Project 73 because it was 1773 when the initial TEA Party occurred.
Why reinvent the wheel? FR is already the conservative counter balance to all that liberal sludge.
