WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama said Wednesday he planned to nominate an openly gay lawyer as the U.S. ambassador to New Zealand and Samoa.
If confirmed by the Senate, David Huebner would become the third openly gay ambassador in U.S. history and the first pick by this administration. In a statement released from the White House, Obama said he looked forward to working with Huebner and is confident he will represent the United States well in the Pacific region.

Barry is making a laughing stock out of us and his appointments of all these gays and gay advocates is nothing more than politics, which again, is arguably problematic in varying areas of foreign policy, diplomacy, etc.
At some point do we begin to ask if our dear leader is on the down low?

Let’s just be honest and say “man who likes to put his penis in another man’s poop chute, or likes another man’s penis in his poop chute.” Make Barney Frank deal with that visual every time he’s on camera anywhere.

Just like George Bush, another “in your face” president who appointed an open homosexual to an ambassadorial post (to Romania) and threw a big party for him and his “life partner”. Bush must have hated America too, right?

A lot of American's do, and the vast majority of conservatives and Christians ... do care.
Maybe you don't care about sending perverts as our diplomats to foreign countries as our United States representatives, but we do.

I simply can’t understand people who think that values and morality aren’t relevant in public policy and government. BJ Clinton was but one notable example displaying that “character does matter.” And there are too many others to count. Obama is adding to the list.
And care equally whether it’s a Republican or Democrat sending the person.
We’re talking about flaming open homos here. We’re not talking about someone around whom unprovable gossip swirls.
