I don't know where this chattahbox website came from, but they are clearly a far far left organization. But I do think that there's another way to look at this:

Jenny Beth Martin isn't tax evading. She doesn't have tax woes.

She took the initiative in receiving a pre-emptive stimulus.

That has to be what it is. I mean........... Tim Geithner? HELLO!!

The Obama administration has tax cheats in charge of collect taxes.

What’s the point of this hit piece?

Was the tea party all about one person? Who didn’t want to pay taxes, and was outraged over paying more?

Or was it just that “they didn’t pay their fair share”? Like Obama administration members.

Well, wouldn’t they be hypocrites if they didn’t owe the IRS?

she and her husband filed for bankruptcy and owed the IRS half a million dollars.

And so it begins. It's not working, calling us all nutcases given to violent outbursts,so now they're going to give the key players in the TeaPer movement the Joe-the-Plumber treatment.
Bastards.Hope it backfires on them big,big time.

I can only hope that’s Jenny Martin on the left hand side. I’d hate to be married to Jenny if she was the guy on the right.

Wow, the Martins had some financial difficulties in their lives so they are no longer allowed to have an opinion on things and can no longer speak out or be part of any group.

Makes perfect sense.

To be honest, it was only $1k, but after ten days with interest and penalties it became $500k.

Important paragraph if you follow the links

Martin said that Lee's temp firm, which once employed 5000 people, had failed over two years ago, because of problems with a partner. Lee Martin, she said, was then faced with a choice between paying between paying the blue-collar employees who had earned their wages and were living paycheck-to-paycheck, or paying the IRS. He chose the former. "I know my husband owes that money," she said. "Had he paid the IRS [it would have] prevented those employees from getting paid."

Sounds valid to me. IRS can piss off far as I'm concerned.

Find the hypocrite: 1. a tax and spend democrat who doesn’t pay his taxes or 2. an anti tax protester who doesn’t pay taxes, also known as civil disobedience.

Yep. Might as well execute them. Of course the parasites flooding that gov't building in Detroit are model Americans.

How is this “a blow to the false narrative” of the Tea Parties?

The only way that would be true is if they found out these people were really Marxists, who were secretly paying hundreds of thousands in EXTRA taxes.
