I recall the situation where Pennzoil sued Texaco for interfering with their purchase of Getty. In that case, Texaco was trying to get Getty for themselves. I'm not sure if it's relevant that those interfering with this purchase were not intending to get the purchase themselves.

They were interfering simply because of their hatred for Limbaugh and a desire to see him fail in any endeavor he undertakes. Since Limbaugh said he wants to see Obama's policies fail, Obama's minions want to see Limbaugh fail in his desires, too.

I’m not a lawyer, nor do I understand any legalese. But is it really possible for Rush to sue anyone over this? If so, what grounds would he have - and what could he realistically hope to gain if he did do it and actually “won”? Thanks.

This was a huge mistake by the NFL. Football fans tend to be Conservative and they really shouldn’t follow Hollywierds path to isolating fans. Many of us College FB fans could care less about that sport till the Super Bowl.

These comments have been repeated, and are without sourcing and without truth. In fact, hey are bald faced, deliberate lies.

They are not his "statements." They are complete fabrications, and that needs to be shouted from the rooftops.

The question I have for you is, do you believe Rush is a racist and that the NFL and the left are telling the truth about him?

Also, Mark is reporting that the group INVITED Rush to invest with them.
