They don’t like controversy?
Al Sharpton as their Commissioner is not controversial?
SUE EM RUSH!!!!!!
“Al Sharpton as their Commissioner is not controversial?”
I’m sorry, but I’m a little slow sometimes. What’s this about Sharpton being Commmissioner?
Sackett is connected to George Sorus....heard this on a talk show yesteday.
He is the official decision maker now.
Text of the email I STILL CAN’T get through to the NFL. After I send the email, I get a note that tells me that they can’t access the next page or something. Is the NFL getting a lot of mail today?????
This is my latest attempt at contacting the NFL regarding their discriminatory treatment of Rush Limbaugh. Apparently, servers have crashed.
I’ve watched the NFL all my life from the days of Deacon Jones and the outstanding Lenny Dawson KC Chiefs Superbowl win in 1969. I’ve taken life lessons from Hank Stram and Roger Stauback.
Today’s NFL has slipped to a cultural morass. It’s alright for Sunday Night Host Keith Olberman to call Michelle Malkin a “Meat Bag with Lipstick” but Rush Limbaugh cannot be allowed to hold a minor ownership position?
It might make some sense if anyone could actually show documentary evidence of alleged racist remarks surrounding Limbaugh. Truth is they can’t. All the media has are accusations that border close to slander and libel.
I can’t say I’ll never watch another NFL game. But I can say, I’ll NEVER GIVE THE NFL ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY and that includes the NFL Ticket merchandise and tickets to a game.
But there is one important factor that needs to be considered. "We the People" are awake, we are organized, and we are active.
Right now I don't think the NFL knows what's hit them, and we ain't done yet.
Optimism, my FRiend......OPTIMISM. We CAN make a difference.
He is clearly not going to sue and still considers himself an NFL fan, but he correctly assessed this situation in its political context as part of "Obama's America" which now included the NFL. He also articulated Checkett's association with Soros (that he did not previously know about).
It is up to US to put pressure on the NFL because they have sold out to the political left.
LOL. You can’t sue over not getting into a business deal — partners can be rejected for any reason, or no reason.
Er.... what is going to stay alive for quite a while? I forget.....
IOW, for the NFL:
“Conservatives Need Not Apply”
I’m bummed he’s not going to sue, I’m sorry. That’s just letting them get away with this behavior, he’s given them a victory.
Maybe he's just not giving out his plans.
(Now replaying a phone call from the Hutch, who is REALLY mad).
I want to be optimistic, but I know it won't work! ;-)
AH ...NOW the Dummies are deciding WHO gets to own WHAT business.
I heard that, I sure hope he and his lawyers have a plan up their sleeves.
Those race pimps need to be slapped and HARD!
That isn’t what I heard. A little later in the show Rush said they were still gathering information and potential options and he couldn’t speak of their intent until that process was completed.
IMO, lawsuits are still on the table.
I'm reminded of his selling Harry Reid's letter on e-bay. I think he's got a plan....and it's going to be clever.
In the mean time, we the people, need to keep hitting the NFL hard for their extreme political leftist policies. They depend on us conservatives for their sustinence. I truly believe WE have the power here, if we keep up the fight.
(Now trying again to get through their e-mail blockade).
Corrected it in post 515. I agree with you.
I’m with you. Just a bunch of oversized big dumb bastards beating up on each other. No finesse; no sport!
No offense, but that is an extremely ignorant remark. You have no understanding of the game of football whatsover.
I have tried every one suggested here (I think), and none of them are working for me. I would really LOVE to get this e-mail sent!
The defintion of sports according to multiple dictionaries: physical activity governed by a set of rules or customs and often engaged in competitively. The word finesse does not appear in the definition. Besides, there is plenty of finesse in football. Also, many of those “oversized big dumb bastards” are intelligent. Except for quarterback, the skilled finesse players tend to be dumber than the lineman.
Henceforth all NFL games are banned on TV in my house.
Reverse racism is the worst kind. Obama, Sharpton, Holder, etc. have a deep and abiding hatred for rich white males, and this proves it.
Let that fat pig Oprah buy the whole NFL and all its teams. Then she can be the great plantation mama! And call a different “boy” to her bed every night. < /sarcasm>
I’ve given up on email. I’m packing all of my NFL merchandise in a box and shipping it to the NFL headquarters in New York with my letter to the commissioner.
It may be full. I sent a couple this morning that didn’t come back.
Funny thought, the commissioner opening boxes from all over the US filled with NFL gear. I LIKE it. :)
Thanks so much, libby. Trying again.....
Goodell should get some back....FNC should fire his wife for some lame reason...see how he likes it.
The first one seems to be working. Thanks again!

RE: “Im bummed hes not going to sue, Im sorry. Thats just letting them get away with this behavior, hes given them a victory.”
I’m not really bummed; Rush has a big forum every day to get his message across and suing these jokers seems a huge waste of time and, yes, money. Why bother?
He has thus far lost NO money himself and why start now? It’s not like he has to stay quiet and go away. He is front and center — and this controversy has increased his ratings! It has also injured the NFL since some 30 million people claim they will boycott the NFL.
If Rush were a behind the scenes guy I’d say sure, sue ‘em. But he doesn’t need to — he’s taking a higher road by NOT suing them.
Re: “That isnt what I heard. A little later in the show Rush said they were still gathering information and potential options and he couldnt speak of their intent until that process was completed.

I don’t think Rush will sue the NFL — I think he may well sue Sharpton and Jackson for slander. Leveling THEM would be fantastic — the NFL is just stupid and has stuck its own foot in it.......
Re: “Funny thought, the commissioner opening boxes from all over the US filled with NFL gear. I LIKE it. :)”
I’ve never been an NFL fan so have nothing to send; but I WOULD if I had anything to contribute! Great idea !!!
I thought the commissioner was Roger Goodell.
Look folks. This is a war. A couple weeks ago our side won a great victory in having ACORN exposed. This week the race hustlers on the left won a pretty minor victory here. Exposing ACORN was a bigger deal by far. A little perspective here.
And yes, it is an ivy league university.

Agreed; here is the rub:
* The media listens to his show; they’re not changing their view and will continue the lie.
* The media’s followers, the ignorant lemmings, DON’T listen to Rush, and the “greater good” argument for suing and winning would be a lawsuit or two won by Rush would prove and be visible to the ignorant masses, that he was indeed right and THEY are the ones lying.
Other than that, there isn’t a purpose in suing other than self-vindication. It does indeed piss all of us off.
