I understand that the studies (reputable insurance companies) have shown that yakking on handsfree isnt significantly better for driver attentiveness than yakking on handheld. So would talking to a passanger. Have you ever seen people that when driving they feel they have to keep looking at the person they are talking to instead of the road? They haven't outlawed talking in a car. Yet! Give them time and they'll have a camera for catching it also.
