**UPDATE: ESPN Reports Limbaugh To Be Dropped By Bidding Group to Buy Rams**

Even in these times when the once unthinkable is becoming increasingly unremarkable, the current controversy over whether Rush Limbaugh is potentially worthy to be an NFL owner crosses over from the simply outrageous to the utterly infuriating. I strongly believe that it also represents a seminal moment in our cultural history as well as the sad state of free speech in this country.

There are so many levels of insanity with this story that it is difficult to know where to begin.

Boycott the NFL and the NBA. Do NOT purchase any of their products. Watch college sports instead.

Rush should definitely sue, not for the money necessarily, but to punish those that perpetrate this crap. He can actually show significant damages in this case, as he was dropped out of a group bidding on the Rams due to the “controversy”.

Ziegler is SO RIGHT!!!

from his article...

******************

Quite simply, what is happening to Rush is beyond outrageous and frankly dangerous to the property and free speech rights of all Americans. This is so obvious that even Keith Olbermann (whose own appearance on Sunday night NFL telecasts should be seriously questioned) has somewhat supported Rush’s position here.

And yet my sense is that the general reaction from many conservatives is to not take this topic very seriously. Some seem to think the issue is frivolous or that Rush is doing this for publicity.

Folks, this is a huge deal. If Rush Limbaugh is not even allowed to be considered to be a minority owner of a property where his primary intent to help the community where he grew up, an incredibly dangerous precedent will have been set and the narrative that conservatism is synonymous with racist will be further cemented in the public consciousness.

Rush Limbaugh needs to fight this one right to the very end of the game, and we need to back him with everything we have.

If not, we will get what we deserve.

I’m not a conspiracy-minded person, but I have to scratch my head about the story Rush told about this guy Checketts soliciting Rush to invest and possibly having Soros in his investment team. Sounds a little fishy — was this all a set up to take down Rush?

If the left isn’t slapped down for this,
it will just “empower” them.

This will trickle down.

This is why they want a socialist system, why they want to control medical care -

to deny resources to those that oppose them.

It’s what they want.

More like - if you’re a Christian conservative, you aren’t going to be able to buy, sell or trade...

wait a minute... I’ve read that somewhere...

Rush isn't taken down, just may not have the opportunity to lose investment money in a team.

Under the Kenyan, the left is wielding the lash of the race card with impunity. What’s amazing is the boldness of their lies about him.

Perhaps Americans will draw the conclusion that if they can do it to Limbaugh, they can do it to anyone.

Thats an easy boycott, I stopped watching pro sports in the 80’s, the high pay and egomania of the players became too much to bear (with exceptions of course).

My radar works pretty well; and my feel for what Rush is going to do does not include an effort to get back into the group who want to purchase the Rams; especially if, as now rumored, George commie lib Soros is a part of the consortium. I think Rush has kissed THAT venture goodbye.

I think where HE is going, via a lawsuit, is to nail all these liars to the wall by compelling them, under subpoena and under oath, to PROVE and give SOURCES for these accusations they have been throwing around; which they cannot do.

I don’t know to what extent he will be able to receive punitive damages from these creeps, but it will be enjoyable to see them squirm and parse and equivocate!

The first tremor that something was very wrong was the whole Vick matter —how can anyone love the NFL NOW?

I quit watching the NFL a couple years ago, but now i’ll REALLY ENJOY MY DECISION.

I’ll also encourage others to stop watching.

Once I heard Soros was involved that is exactly what crossed my mind — set-up!

We need to bombard NFL Headquarters with our complaints against this whole management team.

We can probably get the owner of the Denver Broncos on board to vote against any group with Soros along with the Cowboys and Steelers for starters.

Rev 13:16-17
16 It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, 17 so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name.

The socialist media is going non-stop in their attacks on Rush & Sarah - the top Conservative spokespeople - and, by association, attacking the entire pro-American Conservative movement.

Alinsky rule: Moral people MUST be help to moral standards. (of course, immoral people i.e. liberals/socialists do not face this challenge)

We MUST fight these Alinsky communists with the same vigor and dirty tactics they are giving us. NO MORE MR. NICE GUY!
