I remember when Dick Cheney ran for President (years ago), and as soon as I heard him speak, I was hooked. I thought he was such a clear-spoken, clear-minded person that he would make a great president. Unfortunately, the moderates shoved him out of the way very quickly.
I feel terrible that the illegal alien and usurper sneaked into the W.H., and McLame was instrumental in that. So I am glad that he is NOT sitting in the Oval Office now!!!
However for him to come out & say he supports zerO on Afghanistan? I'd have to agree with McQueeg...a blind squirrel finding an acorn far as McQueeg goes but I'll take it considering how rare the oddball is.
I'm infinitely more concerned with zerO, what he's going to do and why.
Reason?
I've always been deeply concerned with America's sons & daughters who're sent overseas to lay their very lives on the line. More often than not and especially of late, for reason(s) that're somewhat *fuzzy*?
However, now all fuzziness becomes quite clear.
Have an acquaintance of 30 years. He & his bride had two babies. One died in an awful car accident not too long ago. The other just enlisted, will probably be in Afghanistan in a year's time.
This one's close to home, my friend.
They lose their 2nd & & only remaining baby? Only the Good Lord knows what'll happen to these two people.
Thinking about that has made me more than concerned, I'm now in full alarm mode.
I can surely understand how you feel. PC fought wars kill additional troops.
