“Laws” from the UN only cover those on UN property. Has the guy left? I doubt he will be extradited back to the UN, especially since the UN has no jail or court and doesn't even have an armed forces that can win a war, a conflict, and can't keep itself from raping the people they are trying to protect.
I'd say that KFC ought to sue the UN in US court for harassment. The UN isn't a US citizen, so I can't see any standing for it to do the reverse.

The incident last Thursday apparently was part of a publicity stunt by the fast food chain, which is seeking to promote its grilled alternative to its signature fried chicken. It had dispatched the Sanders look-alike, identified by KFC as Robert Thompson, and also wrote to Mr. Ban. This is great! I can't believe that I am praising KFC but I am.

For an employee of a diplomatic organization, Ms. Montas seems to be totally lacking in humor and tact. Perhaps someone should send her a copy of How to Win Friends and Influence People.
