In a much publicized rant that sent chills up the legs of millions of liberals, oops, progressives, Janeane Garofalo emphatically exercised her opinion of the millions of 'tea-party' protestors: "This is about hating a black man in the White House. This is racism, straight up. Its is nothing but a bunch of tea-bagging rednecks."
Anyone who has read Thomas Sowell's Black Rednecks and White Liberals, knows that Garofalo's statement is either demonstrably false, or just plain racist...

Interesting that you mention hate crimes since the Congress just passed more “hate crime” legislation for gays. Yet, the loony left persists in using a disgusting gay term for tea party attendees. These people are stomach churning in their hypocrisy.

You’re right. How come someone doesn’t arrest her for hateful speech? Where is the hate crime legislation protecting us rednecks? Sure, I have a college degree, even two Masters degrees, married, two kids, a dog, house in the ‘burbs, white collar job, attend a Christian Church regularly ... Yet I still have a little “redneck” in me and I’m {expletive} proud of it!
Well I think it is about time we take a look at the fine print in all this hate crime legistation to see if we can use it to our advantage to counter the lib and black hate speech.

You are probably right. I haven’t actually seen what Hate Crime legislation O actually signed yesterday. Surprise, surprise, eh? I wonder if he saw it?
