Survey USA: Jersey 2009 is a coin toss
Survey USA ^ | Oct 29, 2009 | Survey USA

Posted on 10/29/2009 4:44:24 PM PDT by yongin

In an election for New Jersey Governor today, 10/29/09, five days until votes are counted, incumbent Democrat Jon Corzine and Republican challenger Chris Christie tie, according to a SurveyUSA poll conducted exclusively for WABC-TV. Corzine 43%, Christie, 43%, Independent Chris Daggett 11%, in polling concluded 10/28/09. Compared to an identical SurveyUSA poll 1 week ago, Corzine is up 4, Christie is up 2, Daggett is down 8. In 4 SurveyUSA tracking polls, neither Christie nor Corzine has polled higher than 43%. Corzine leads among the 11% of voters who tell SurveyUSA they have already returned a ballot. The candidates are even among voters who have not yet voted but say they will on or before election day. At this hour, the contest is a coin-toss. The lower the turnout, the better for Corzine.

It’s New Jersey. The Dems will pull something filthy over the weekend and Christie won’t be able to counter it since he’s being outspent 3 to 1. If that doesn’t work the dead people will start showing up to vote...maybe even in alphabetic order like the good ol’ days.

...graveyard vote, felon vote, illegal immigrant vote, union vote, school teacher vote, guilty liberal vote, school teacher vote, government worker vote, black vote....community organizers will make sure they all “vote”

Corzine, Deeds and Owens will all win next Tuesday. With the 0bama/ACORN/SIEU forces behind them, they can’t lose. The machine is too powerful to stop. The permanent Democratic majority is here to stay.

American wanted 0bama, they got him and all the filth that comes with him. This country deserves the toltarian government they elected. The sad part is most Americans still love 0bama. They are too stupid to reralixe what he’s doing. They still think he is a good guy who feels their pain.

Americans are just plain stupid. They don’t deserve liberty.

Corzine wins this. Far too much corruption in NJ to overcome.

Want a nail-biter ? Tom Kean, Sr. beat Flim-Flam Florio in 1981 by 49.46% to 49.38%, or just about 1,700 votes, the closest election as a percentage in state history. Whitman won by 16,000 and 25,000 votes (49% & 47% in ‘93 and ‘97). If Christie wins, it will probably be by a potentially similar margin, those I believe Ras still had him up by 5%. Not since 1985 has a Republican won the Governorship by a majority (Kean’s jaw dropping 70%, which didn’t have much in the way of coattails). Prior to that, not since Bill Cahill’s 60% win in 1969 (and Cahill lost renomination in ‘73). Prior to that, 1949 (so you see how rare it is).

'How Democrats steal elections'
Veterans of hand recounts describe techniques used to change outcome

"According to Bob Haueter, who served as chief of staff for former California Assembly Minority Leader Scott Baugh, and who is an expert on manual recounts, a Democrat lawyer intimately involved in "stealing" elections from Republicans through hand recounts admitted to the process and even shared the techniques involved."

"When I first called him and explained to him who I was and why I was calling, he chuckled and said, 'I wondered when you guys would get around to calling me,'" Haueter said, adding that Downs told him -- "'I've taken several seats from you across the United States.'"

"Downs told me, somewhat tongue-in-cheek, 'You get me within 100 votes and I can steal any election,'" Haueter told WorldNetDaily."

Christie will win. He is polling even with Corazine. When they get in the voting booth, third party voters will likely switch to Christie, since they don’t want to throw their vote away. Republicans show up in greater numbers in off year elections, and this is as off year as you can get. Republicans are more motivated than I have ever seen them. Have you seen the tea parties? There is some real anger out there. These are the broken glass voters. Democrats got what they wanted. They don’t have a big incentive to go vote and they really don’t like Corazine, either. They are about as motivated as Republicans were to vote for McCain.

Corzine, Deeds and Owens will all win next Tuesday.

Deeds will lose in a landslide. The RAT candidates for lieutenant governor and attorney general in VA will likewise lose by large margins.

How honest are the vote counters in NJ? Does it matter who votes?

“Christie will win.”

I agree with you. New Jerseyans hate Jon Corzine, and Christie is the only viable alternative. Intrade.com shows Corzine with a 67% chance of winning, but this time they are going to be wrong.

Jersey is down to the last vote cast.

Which will probably be cast by a dead guy and for Corzine. If the past is any indicator.
