Iowa has a few also.

There was a scandal a year or so ago about the State of Iowa giving land to an islamic “day camp”.

Good; he’ll squeal like a stuck little pig. They all do. Then he can be executed.

Thanks for finding the silver lining... then again with Obama's new rules, will he squeal if interrogators take away his nappy time and juice break?

Questions I have asked myself lately indeed! Wish I knew folks in the Military to just chat about this.

But I do need to proof-read my posts... this:
“...the Military for one has to be, as a hole...”
Needs to read “...the Military for one has to be, as a whole...”

Gee, better wrap it up for tonight!

Still, maybe instead of a cell in the pen, we can put him in a pig pin.

Are you going to shoot iron sights only on the AR?

"Would State court would have jurisdiction before the Feds?"

No. It's clearly a federal reservation - federal property. It's complicated and there are some limited circumstances where a murder on a base could be prosecuted under state law, but this case isn't one of those cases. The military will get first crack, then the feds if Obama - and it would be Obama's decision, decides to move it to federal court.

I would very surprised if he wasn't prosecuted under the UCMJ. What will be interesting will come at the conclusion of the trial and after the exhaustion of appeals - which will take 12-36 months. Unlike a civilian federal case where the death penalty is sought, in a military dp case, the CIC will actually sign the condemned death warrant. IOW, Obama will have to physically sign a document ordering his execution. That should make for a challenging political decision for Obama.

Sadly, in the new State, I suspect he will be sent somewhere for “treatment” and quietly released.

Or his "superiors" will be prosecuted for HATE CRIMES for driving him to do this, and then he will be sent to Bermuda.

Social justice ya know!

According to Obama today it was Dr. Joe Medicine Crow that got the Congressional Medal of Honor.

No, wait! It was actually the Congressional Gold Medal

Oh, those darned pesky medals. How's a Pretender in Chief supposed to keep them all straight?

I’m betting that is exactly what happens. They have all kinds of angles to spin this. He was harrassed, he begged to be let out, he’d gotten a lawyer to be released from being sent over to Iraq. (never mind that he went through med school on the taxpayers dime and had a pledge to fulfill to pay back that money the US govt spent on him.)They will make him out to be the pathetic victim of the intolerant armed services of the U.S. , sickening.

I was so glad to hear the ret officer on Hannity saying he heard the reports of abuse and they were NOT true, that he was the one constantly bringing up his religion. I hope there are enough people who knew the guy who can speak out.

If Bambi knew about Hasan, it will be an Impeachable MomentTM.

LOL. You better trademark that little gem.

Seriously, what if Hasan was a Muzzie plant?? Besides his involvement with Homeland Security, as a psychiatrist he could really 1) do some serious damage and 2) find out a LOT of info

Obama will pass that one on. He will find some to delay that decision.

Found this from the Roanoke Times
http://www.roanoke.com/news/breaking/wb/225202

He is a graduate of Virginia Tech, where he was a member of the ROTC and earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry in 1995. He received his medical degree from the military’s Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Md., in 2001. At Walter Reed, he did his internship, residency and a fellowship.

The Garlicks said that Hasan attended Virginia Western Community College before transferring to Virginia Tech.

The Hasan family left the house in the 600 block of Ramada in 1998 after Hasan’s father died of a heart attack, the Garlicks said. “Mr. Hasan, he was the backbone of the family,” said Sonja Garlick.

The Hasans told neighbors that they were moving back to Palestine.

I was replying to this little exchange

The exchange goes back a bit further than that.

Your WHAT was in response to DOCTORS

Your response only referenced "shrinks", not all doctors, although being a shrink is not a valid reason to require a security clearance, and neither would being a priest be a reason to require a security clearance. If people are sharing classified information with their doctor or priest, then they are guilty of treason.
