Intersting that she had to hit him 4 times. I wonder if that’s the reult of the military being relegated to 9mm full metal jacket, while civilian police forces can use .357 hollow point and other appropriate calibres to smack down the bad guys and protect themselves and others.

Let's remember here that this isn't about "we" (no, I'm not criticizing here). This is a military issue and I'm sure the military is perfectly capable under the provisions of the UCMJ to handle the entire situation.
If there is useful information in this islamic muslim scumbag's head, I'm sure the military will extract it first.
At least I am far more confident in the military's ability to do this than I am of our civilian court system's ability to do the same.
But I did just have a terrible thought. I believe it is true that the President, as CIC, can commute any death penalty handed down by the military court. If that is the case (I'll check), then I'm pretty sure obammer will not only commute the sentence, but invite the convited islamic muslim pig over to the white house for a national celebration.

Turns out the CIC does indeed have the power to commute the death sentence of anyone convicted under the articles of the UCMJ. In this case, that is Article 118 of the UCMJ - Murder.
