WASHINGTON - The glow from a health care triumph faded quickly for President Barack Obama on Sunday as Democrats realized the bill they fought so hard to pass in the House has nowhere to go in the Senate.

..................

The problem is that the Senate won't run with it. The government health insurance plan included in the House bill is unacceptable to a few Democratic moderates who hold the balance of power in the Senate.

We are told the Taliban are very few yet control the mass’s of the middle east you know all the moderate muslims.

A small group in the USA with the power the government has taken from the people can do that same and cause a lot of damage.

I know most of the readers of this website are very disappointed (read: sickened) by the vote on Saturday nite that pushed the pelosicare bill through the HR.

IMHO, it is way past time to end this islamic, muslim, communist, socialist administration. Way past time.

It is time to state our conservative values in no uncertain terms. It is time to search out truthful, courageous, conservative leaders and do whatever we must to promote them. It is time to kill the poor excuse for public media and re-establish truthful skillful objective journalism. It is time to reform "health care" by starting where the expenses are - medical tort reform and medical care costs. It is time to stop bending over backward to be "politically correct". It is time to hunt down those who would do intentional harm to this society - whereever and whoever they are - and remove them - permanently. It is time to remove all - repeat ALL illegal aliens from our country - including their offspring. It is time to close ALL of our borders to illegals from anywhere. It is time to stop accepting the pseudo-physchological pap being fed to our youth by the US public education system. It is time to bring back non-union manufacturing jobs to this country. It is time to stop buying from any company that re-sells it's "product" to us after buying it from China.

It is time for us to rise up and stop the nonsense!

Unfortunately, to do this, it takes money....real money. Ask Bloomberg from NY....he knows. And that was a "local" election.

I visited a site called, "opensecrets.org" because it does a very good job of tracking $$ contributions to politicians and their parties.

It reports that for the 2010 elections - be they House or Senate, the dims have raised more $$ than the rinos.

If $$$ buys elections...then we need to do what is necessary to get rid of the dims...and that will take $$$.

Go check out the site...it's interesting.

I just don’t know what to think anymore...yesterday blew my mind. These demoncraps make me want to vomit. I have very little trust in the Senate. There are a handful of pubbies that I trust to do the right thing, but the rest of the RINOS & the demoncraps might pass this bill if they’re bribed in the right way.

Like I said, I have lost faith in this government & only look to God & my fellow We The Peoples of this country. History has been written alright...it will be a dark time for all of us...

“Sorry to rain on the future parade, but the Senate can’t be trusted, including Joe Lieberman. The entire Congress is now about “helping” the poor pitiful lower-class that has no “health-care”, which is a misnomer because they can get any help they need in any ER close to them.”

I hate to agree with this but I think you’re right. I do think that Lieberman will oppose a public option, but the Senate will just pass some watered down bill without a named public option, then they’ll get rolled by Pelosi and Co. in conference, then it will come back to the Senate and only require a 51 vote majority-allowing “moderate” Dems up for re-election to vote against the final bill and say they opposed it.

I pray to God I’m wrong about this. Maybe, just maybe, the “progressive” Dems will just find the lack of a public option totally unacceptable and the bill will be killed among the in-fighting with the Senate Dems. I think that’s really the best scenario we can hope for at this point.

If Harry Reid can count on 51 solid votes he may detonate the reconcilation nuclear option, attach the entire House Bill, as is, to some other legislation, pass and fed ex the bastard straight to White House where Obama will sign it in a Chicago second.

I want a roll-call vote of the Senate on an amendment to strip the health care bill of criminal provisions for failure to engage in a “free market” transaction. I want the names of the anti-constitutional fascist swine that inhabit the Senate.

I just hope Senate democrats aren't just asking for a little palm-greasing.

It seems Chicago politicking is the name of the game these days. Call me cynical and I'll not call you wrong.

Actually, whatever you call it, "prayer" for the spiritual or 'noetic science' for the non-religeous -

PRAYER WORKS - and 'group' prayer REALLY works.

Even the scientists and medics now admit that it works, even though they don't know how.

So, Freepers, should we designate a day and a time for a group prayer for the Senate to defeat this Socialist takeover bill?

How could we contact all Freepers, set a day SOON and a time - and git'er done?

PRAYER WORKS - but we need to ask. "Ask and ye shall receive."
