A guy who hit me in my little car (he was driving a utility van going at high speed on a drugs/alcohol cocktail mix and I was stopped at an intersection) and realized what he did, backed up to hit me again.
Anyway, because I didn’t die he got 6 months. That was a long time ago, but in those days, that was a long sentence for a drunk/hit and run driver with a totally lengthy rap sheet.

Muthana is facing five counts of second-degree assault, DWI and reckless driving. He is accused of injuring six people. They are 21-year-old Dominick Nicholson, 20-year-old Tyrese Beard, 40-year-old James Pross, 50-year-old Debra Hollis, 25-year-old Luis Cruz and 49-year-old Diane Neil. All are Rochester residents... In his statement to police, he said he drank six cans of Budweiser in an hour. Then he started using swear words, cussing police and government. He said, "Ben Franklin was stupid. “Munir M. Muthana, 27, of Rochester was charged with five counts of second-degree assault, a felony, and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and reckless driving, both misdemeanors. He pleaded not guilty in City Court this morning.
Muthana is accused of intentionally droving [driving] into several pedestrians in the parking lot area of the Sunoco gas station at 700 S. Plymouth Ave. striking a bicyclist, two pedestrians and then ramming his vehicle into a parked car, which in turn hit another pedestrian and pushing her under the parked car, according court documents.
Then Muthana allegedly fled from police officers who were trying to stop him and led them on a chase throughout the southwest part of the city. The chase ended when the vehicle Muthana was allegedly driving rammed into a civilian’s vehicle on [+or] near the intersection of Brooks Avenue and Genesee Street before coming to [a]stop and taken into custody by police.
He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital to be treated for some minor injuries. The six other people who were injured by his vehicle were also taken to Strong to be treated for minor injuries. Police believe all victims were random bystanders and not targets or acquaintances of the man driving the vehicle.
According to court documents, Muthana had drank [drunk] six cans of Budweiser beer within the hour leading up to his erratic driving. When he was questioned by police at Strong Memorial Hospital, Muthana allegedly kept yelling profanities at the police officer who was interviewing him.
Muthana is due back in court Monday.”

With his reference to sharia and favorable view of Muslims - not to mention his obvious Diversity qualifications - he should join the elite teams of the FBI, CIA, DIA, CID, DHS, or JTTF in protecting our nation.
