I think ‘Hardin’ Montana was considered but don't know if it's still in the running. There was such an outrage over a security firm driving into that town (that had no official law enforcement) in Mercedes Benz SUVs, people thought that Martial Law was being imposed on their town (do a search on Hardin).
It's a sad sad day and has been for quite awhile, when we look at prison facilities as ‘opportunities’. In this particular case it's despicable.

Quinn says the site is being considered along with at least two others in Colorado and Montana. Haven't heard a thing about ANY site here in MT even being considered for use. Something probably would have leaked and the Gov (a Dem) is pretty good about information and looking out for the state.
