As I recall, there was nearly a mistrial in the Manson murder trial because Pres Nixon said they were Guilty. Doesn't anyone in that office know he shouldn't be making such statements?

Besides, as Lincoln observed: A chicken is the smartest of animals, because it will wait until the egg is laid before it cackles.

This guy isn't even as smart as a chicken.

And executed??? No death penalty in NY!!!!!!!

The trial is in Federal court, so I don't think state laws apply here. Even so, why not go military tribunal and remove all doubts?

Oh, I forget. Compared to the Muslin-in-Chief, Bill Clinton absolutely LOVES the military.

So they send him to a federal prison in Texas to await the needle.

Did the President just create a huge problem,,I mean he is demanding he be found guilty. Isn’t that grounds for saying the terrorist can’t get a fair trial.

What an utter maroon. Khalid’s lawyers are gonnna love it.

It sounds like Obama is attempting to prejudice a potential jury.

This man and his entire administration is an absolute disaster, and it’s only going to get worse.

Much worse.

He's a fricking lawyer, for God's sake.

He ought to know better.

His only purpose and so far, use of that law degree, was to use the Law AGAINST the Government.

The One may have bitten off more than he can chew by going all in on this trial and exposing his clear lies and intentions through the words and actions of Holder.

They HAVE to convict him. If he is set free, due to whatever, then all you know what will hit the fan on the domestic front; talk about a blood bath. When they do convict him, two things will happen:

1) The tactics and information gleaned by the various techniques, contacts, and and en devours will be laid bare for the world to see. In the libs eyes, this will be a great repudiation of “Bush and Co.”. As Rush pointed out it could lead to some international court trying to bring them up on “war crimes” charges. I think this is what the administration wants out of this, because they know that the US public wouldn’t stand for it at home.

2) They will give the bad guys something to point at and go “See, the Americans ran a kangaroo court. This is just more evidence that they are liars and hypocrites...death to the great satan.”

It’s a lose-lose situation for America; which seems to be standard for the administration.

Gee, I'm sure his defense attorneys won't use these quotes in court to try to prove that their client can't get a fair trial.

That's the rub, 0 is an attorney, he knows he just handed them a mistrial.

Maybe they *all* know that. Maybe that's the point.

You can bet your bottom dollar every silk stocking liberal law firm in New York will be lining up to give this guy top shelf representation. Every loophole will be fly specked.

Too bad we can't get the same kind of enthusiasm from non-liberal lawyers in the pursuit of Obama proving his constitutional eligibility to be president, rather than being stuck with Orly Taiz.

Even if a terror trial suspect were acquitted, Holder said, he would not be released in the United States.

They've been given civil rights so they must be immediately released if acquitted. How many millions will we owe them when they sue for false imprisonment?

Can you imagine KSM’s reaction when his attorney tells him, “yeah, I know you confessed, but I can get you to walk?”
