Former Vice President Dick Cheney's gay daughter is a mommy twice over.
Mary Cheney gave birth to a six-pound-14-ounce baby girl Wednesday morning at Washington, DC's Sibley Hospital.
The newborn, named Sarah Lynne Cheney, is the second child for the 40-year-old Cheney and her longtime partner, 48-year-old Heather Poe.
The couple welcomed Samuel David Cheney into the world back in 2007.
His birth sent shock waves through the Republican party and rekindled the debate over gay marriage.
Cheney is the birth mother for both children.
The couple has not revealed who is the biological father of either child.
I agree mine either. Of all the different situations I see everyday. I find it hard to feel sorry for his child. parents that went through alot to have them . Grandparents that will love and cherish them. every child should be so lucky. no father, yes that hurts. but I see great kids all the time that had no fathers in their lives.
This is forcing others to adjust to an abnormnality, rather than the abnormality adjusting to the world.
I compare it to alcoholism. I have "it," whatever it is, and I consider it more like an alergy than a disease (if it's a disease, it's self-inflicted and self-cured). I'm alergic -- like some people break out in a rash when they eat strawberries, I break out in arrests when I drink (!). So I don't drink -- but I sure don't expect the REST of the world to adjust to me because of it. Instead, I asjust to the world. Homosexuals have the same moral obligation. Forcing an innocent child, let alone society, to do the adjusting is .... AN ABOMINATION.

This “poor child” has Lynne and Dick Cheney as grandparents, Liz Cheney as an aunt, and two doting parents who surely love her and her brother madly. This child just won the genetic and role model lottery!
As for not having a father, her Grampa Dick has more testosterone in one nostril than any breeding-aged man alive today. She’ll be just fine I’m sure.
On an intellectual level I understand your concern but as a rational human being I have more concern for latch-key kids with well-meaning but over-worked divorced,single parents who are right now feeling ignored. I used to be one of those kids and it’s no picnic.
As a party and as a country I think we would do better to worry about THOSE children. They need our help desperately.

These so called great grandparents are the very 2 people that helped produce a lesbian daughter. They also believe in same-sex marriage. So those poor innocent children won’t have a chance to escape the homosexual web of deceit. There can be no truth about God in that household. Very sad.

The Cheneys’ are not asking you to support the children or asking you to do anything about them. Therefore it is none of our business.
The negative comments take on the context sinning; while I agree on a overall basis a child is GENERALLY better off with two DEDICATED heterosexual parents I find it totalitarian for some people to try to impose their religious views on the rest of the population in a political fashion.
If anything they should've searched for therapy, there's plenty out there, of which could've helped their daughter overcome this perversion, instead they bask in it while aiding and abetting in the corruption of innocents. Disgusting!

I give her credit for producing two babies. We have plenty of intelligent upper class women who are nor reproducing at all and they are hetero. Not an ideal situation but ..... I’m pretty sure her children will be positive contributors to the gene pool
