Their ideologies are poisonous, but could be exposed for what they are, with long jail sentences as an object lesson, had we the political power.

The retarded country clubbers over at the RNC could be exposing these commie bastards now.

Instead we have this:

Steele is against a resolution renaming the Democratic Party.’

RNC showdown over ‘socialist’ resolution may be avoided Posted: May 20th, 2009 06:00 AM ET

From CNN Political Producer Peter Hamby

Steele is against a resolution renaming the Democratic Party.’ OXON HILL, Maryland (CNN) — Members of the Republican National Committee appear to have reached a compromise that would let GOP leaders avoid a possible dispute over a controversial resolution that calls on Democrats to re-name their party the “Democrat Socialist party.”

Steele has come out against the resolution, calling it “not an appropriate way to express our views on the issues of the day.” One of Steele’s allies on the committee, Florida GOP chairman Jim Greer, told CNN the resolution is “stupid” and “ridiculous.”

However, New Jersey committeeman David Norcross, one of the sponsors of the resolution, told CNN the language is being massaged so that Steele and others on the committee will be more receptive.

“The language is being changed so that the proposers and chairman Steele are on the same page,” Norcross said.

He said that as of Tuesday afternoon, the chairman of the RNC Standing Committee on Resolutions had changed the language to “condemn the Democrats’ march to socialism” instead of “talking about the ‘Democrat Socialist’ party.”

The change was made, Norcross said, so that members “wouldn’t have to fight about it, and I think everybody agreed.”

Wisconsin GOP chairman Reince Priebus, another Steele ally, expressed confidence the proposal will be tweaked in the resolution committee, and that it should pass without issue.

We have to fight and win against the bastards at the RNC first before we have a shot at taking on the commies.

Thanks for the sobering ping. I didn’t realize Mark Levin was onto this, now maybe it’ll get some legs.

Anyone a Rush 24/7 subscriber?

had we the political power

The author repeats this phrase a few times.

He is implying that we could do it, if we had the political power, which presumably we don't.

Is that right, folks? Do we really not have the political power to stop the constitution and country from being destroyed by the Obamamites?

The RNC could have been demanding answers on why Zero sealed his records on his FIRST DAY in office. They could have been demanding answers on why the lamestream leftist media refused to report ANY uncomfortable facts or truths about Zero. They could have even been demanding that the media report the FACT that Reid & Pelosi’s MANDATORY health insurance crap is unconstitutional and UNAMERICAN.

Yeah, the GOP & RNC could have been doing a lot of things over the past year. IF ONLY they had a full set of balls among them. But noooooo!

Most people here seem to think that we can fix the GOP in time, which we really don’t have considering the warp speed at which the leftists are destroying our economy and taking control, and with a lot MORE hard work than has already been put in. I somehow doubt that. We might just need to start all over....anew.

Fight every initiative they launch. It is all destructive.

That's the only way to do it, but we are sadly lacking in party-level leadership.

They don't use guns, yet, but they are just as dangerous, determined and duplicitous as the communists we faced in the Cold War, Korea, Vietnam and bush wars across the globe,

They ARE the communists we faced, and they have infiltrated all our institutions, and we are still facing them.

Do we really not have the political power to stop the constitution and country from being destroyed by the Obamamites?

Remains to be seen. All I can say is that the GOP is actively fighting against its Conservative base, so I'm not aware of a major political party that is working to save the Constitution. Also, election fraud seems widespread, with groups like ACORN successfully subverting the voting process, and I'm not aware of a major political party that thinks election reform is an interesting topic.

If we take to the streets (with more than signs) then the people have the ultimate political power. But aside from Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck, there are few people working to organize the effort.

“it is critical that in 2010 we win competent, principled leaders”

But how can we if they engineer the voting and vote-counting processes the way they did to install an illegitimate Presdent?

Good points. McCain could have brought alot of this up in the campaign. "I turned over my birth certificate and college admission records, how come my opponent does not?"

McCain will be allowed to stay in the collapse since he didn't go too far questioning our dear leader, I see no fire in the belly out there in the hinterlands. A few, but very few are even interested in what DC is doing. They are struggling, trying to make ends meet, looking for work and food. They don't have time to check the powers that be.

When I talk to my co workers and aquaintences about what we talk about here they think I am a radical loon. I try to be calm and patient, ask them to write their senators and tell them not to vote for the health care bill, they look at me like I am a space alien.

I think we have lost, it is just too much work, too hard and most Americans, God bless their hearts, are too lazy.

The Motor Voter law has also been used to open another vulnerability in the system: the registration of vast numbers of illegal aliens, who then vote reliably Democrat. Herein lies the real reason Democrats are so anxious for open borders, security be damned.

bump to t he top...

The real goal of "healthcare" legislation, the real goal of "cap and trade," the real goal of "stimulus" is to rip the guts out of our private economy and transfer wide swaths of it over to government control.

This is pretty obvious, yet esoteric. the generic liberal on the street would say "so what,... socialism is awesome".

One of their favorite arguments is " so look at what the republicans did while they were in control for the last 8 years and show me it's any different"
