I have posted this article in a dating site that is crawling with “polyamorous” people and older men who have attacked me for criticizing how they specifically seek out coeds.

I also prefaced it with this commentary:

I wondered why the Left had nothing to say about women being shot in soccer stadiums in Taliban Afghanistan, female rape victims having their noses cut off or worse all over the Middle East, being stoned to death for “adultery” in Iran and being forced to have abortions in China. No instead, their bile was reserved for the Augusta Country Club for not having female members.

Part of it is “multiculturalism” — every culture is valid except ours. Another is that they truly see the battleground to be in the West; to destroy Western culture is the only way to usher in Utopian paradise. External threats are dismissed unless they can be blamed upon the West.

Much of what the 60s generation has created has been harmful for women. Women are expected to audition for marriage in a man’s bed. Increasing numbers of them have children with multiple fathers who may or may not contribute materially or emotionally to their offspring’s development. Sexually transmitted diseases are becoming increasingly virulent and intractable as we bioengineer them to be that way due to our behavior.

Our enemies point to how we treat our women as commodities as evidence that we would be better off having our way of life forcibly replaced with theirs — in which it is understood that women are best kept “protected” as breeding livestock.

These are the choices facing us today and women are at the heart of our future. The Left knows this and are thus targeting them specifically.

The hysterical hatred being spewed against Sarah Palin is the latest evidence of this, as the author of the following article points out, she represents everything that the Left hopes to destroy.

This essay nails the left’s abject hatred towards Palin as well as anything I’ve ever read on the subject.

That was superb. Thanks for callin my attention to it.

I still don't understand the left's rancor, because I can't relate. But, now, I'm beginning to understand...

Against Our Will: Men, Women, and Rape was a disgusting left wing book written by one of the most man hating, America hating, leftist of the entire feminist movement.

The book was so over the top and hateful (ALL men are rapists) that I used to lend it to feminist friends to get them to turn against feminism.

Excellent post, article and comments! I especially like this comment from Bubba's BBQ. See if it rings true for you too:

Your article reminds me of a scene fromthe movie "High Plains Drifter" As Clint Eastwood leaves the woman he spent the night with, she says "Be careful, you're a man who makes people afraid and that's dangerous". To this, Eastwood replies, "Well, it's what people know about themselves that makes them afraid". I don't know who wrote that line, but I think it is quite accurate. This could easily apply to Sarah Palin and how she makes Liberals afraid. It IS about themselves, what they know about themselves and and how Gov Palin turns it on its ear.

What a great take on Sarah Palin! I wish I had seen it, but thanks to Bubba's BBQ for sharing the insight!

this post makes me want to cry. the blogger articulates things so beautifully. things i tried to articulate, but failed to word so eloquently. i pray that God uses all the writer’s epiphanies to lead her to the most ultimate truth of all: salvation through faith in Christ.
