Weight loss and cancer or other immune deficiency diseases do connect but is still simply speculation.
Does it relate to his also specifically hiding his medical records???
His prior lifestye, his smoking and allegedly bi-sexual behavior invites this kind of speculation.
Does his reportedly intended suspension/removal of the ban on HIV positive visitors getting visas to the USA relate to his pro-gay agenda or personal mindset?

Hmm... I would think the Persian dispora is probably pretty plugged in and savvy. Any disease that could lower his auto immune would make fighting cancer much tougher.
